Unit badly out of alignment .left front tire worn on outside. Also could not fill unit up with gas . As it was leaking very bad when I went to fill before returning ( got charged almost 100$) gas station shut off pump because of leak. Return site could not help me. Location was fine and friendly. Uhaul smelled of smoke and so was not great for driving across country. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in cabin or back of trucks. Stuff also smelled little Smokey.Nicholas J.

Well we did suffer a blow out on our way to Tennessee and was stuck at a rest stop for 3 hours waiting for the tire to get changed and we were so exhausted and was told to get a room and uhaul would reimburse me. I haven't heard or seen anything being returned as of today 7/12/22 . TyGlenda G.

Moving is never fun but Ms Brittany made renting the Uhaul for our move a pleasurable experience. I even mentioned that my phone was about to die because I was clueless as to where I packed my charger, SHE HANDED ME A CHARGER. Her customer service skills should be the model for other Uhaul sites. We have used several over the past few years but none compare to the customer service we receive at Master Muffler Uhaul in Hermitage. Thank you Brittany.BRENDA W.

I said I would be done with truck late afternoon. Was told I could take truck to drop off location after hours and leave key in orange box. Got to drop off location (storage unit facility) and they had just closed, gate closed. Employee just happened to still be there and let me in and checked truck in.ELIZABETH W.

The pickup being non contact because they were closed was VERY inconvenient. The call center when I called to help was backed up over 41 minutes which was not convenient in the slightest. Thankfully the online chat was helpful.Ken B.
No appliance dolly like I ordered. When I showed up to pick up my AT, the lady working said they didn't have one. I went in the back with her, spotted one, and I was on my way (45 minutes late). I was forced to go well over the 55mph speed limit with my AT in order to make it to my next UHaul spot to drop the AT off before they closed so I could unload my trailer.SEAN H.
After being on the phone for 2 hours and kept getting hung up on and transferred from person to person, I finally got to a store in Colorado, and zoie was extremely helpful in getting me setup with a truck at Master Muffler. I called them to let them know I'm on my way since they were suppose close in 30 minutes. The lady at Master Muffler didn't want to wait 5 extra minutes considering all the issues I had already had. Thankfully I made it with a couple minutes to spare. This whole experience has been horrendous.Matthew F.

The old hickory location was very rude and didn't have the equipment and said they were going to have to cancel and give us a 50 dollar credit and called the current location while we were on the line and said yeah you can have these customers so rude and unprofessionalAMEER S.

I was supposed to have a reservation for a 29.99 truck Millage charge $.79 cents per mile I selected no for additional insurance in the online app They would not rent any truck without the extra insurance. I have no receipt. No inspection at return. I have no Idea of what they actually charged my card. What kind of a business do you run? be honest with what they said they would do! when I picked up the truck it was below the empty mark on the gas gauge. They wanted me to fill it up till it reached a quarter of a tank and if I did they would credit me $40. I drove the van to a gas station and didn't know if I was going to make it before running out of gas. Lucky, I did make it to the gas station. As I was filling the truck up with gas and planning to make it to the quarter mark, I put $21 dollars of gas in the truck and it just barely got past the empty mark. Now keep in mind that my total mileage for the truck was 20 miles for the total trip. More than likely this would have cost be less than 5 dollars to replace the gas that I would have used for that day. With that being said I didn't put any more gas in the van. $21 dollars was enough. When I brought the truck back with plenty more gas than what was orginally in it, and explained my side, the manager said they would give me a $40 credit anyway since it was an inconvience. After receiving my bill via email, the $40 credit was never applied. Very dissapointed with the service and the lack of honesty with UhaANDREW S.
