This was NOT the drop off location that I had chosen. I chose an actual Uhaul store where there would be actual employees anytime for drop off. This was NOT a store, was fairly far away. It was dirty, a very low end car repair shop in a residential neighborhood, the owner was not there. It really was unrecognizable as a business. We had to take the trailer off ourselves and roll it into a ditch for return. We did speak with the owner (someone was there who called his uncle, the owner, so we could get it returned). Very disappointed!!!! I was also disappointed that the Uhaul rep on the phone told me she could not check us in, and that I would have to download the app and check in. That is not customer service we were in this stressful situation.

Terance GI rented a uhaul to go from Jacksonville to tallahassee. All I did was drive it home, drive it to Tallahassee and then drop it off… and you up charge the miles by 25. This is a total scam and it's the kind of thing I usually take to small claims court or the arbitration process. Right now, I'm busy moving or that would be my next course of action just to prove you wrong. Simply horrible that you are scamming people that are moving and so busy.
Andrew CThis drop off was 18 miles from my location. There was a Uhaul rental place less than 50 yards from me. I do not know the area, so it would be helpful for Uhaul to select the closest location for drop off unless the customer has a reason not to choose the closest location.

I got charge for insurance that I did not request; I asked for an specific drop off location and I got one an hour from where I requested. Equipment are parked on a road in front of a car repair shop
Lisa DI was originally scheduled for a different location. I was sent to a different location because they did not have the equipment as reserved. I was not informed until i was at the uhaul place where i originally reserved. So much for a guaranteed reservation.

Johnny checked me in but I didn't realize until later that the 6 packing blankets that I rented for $5.00 were not in the truck. I called him the next day by telephone and he assured me he would credit my account. I explained that I was concerned that I might be charged for the pads but I was not.

That was Uncomfortable and horrible. But I had paid the moving helpers for u-haul the day I made the reservation and I had no problem with my card. So I think that in M&A Professional Development Solutions LLC It was I had the problem with my card I don't know why I had money in the card. It was very weird.

damonecia rThere was no office, no one on site, difficult to find. The address given is not a Uhaul location. It is a auto repair facility that would not check in my rental. This location should not be an option for anyone in the future.
Brent GBefore we arrived they used the truck to go to the parts store to pick up parts so the truck was not available when we arrived. Additionally, there was trash on the floor and it was the gas hand was on less than a half a tank. Yet, on the paperwork he marked it was a half a tank which it was not. I had to spend 28.00 to get it to a half a tank before turning it in and still got charged an additional 9.00 from UHAUL which was not fair especially since it was not clean and had less than a half tank of gas in it.

Ronald HArrived to pick up my uhaul at this location at 9am, received a call the previous day to confirm. Arrived at location and uhaul was not there. Owner of said business tried selling me a 15' truck for $100-200 off price. I declined, owner of business then drove myself and a friend in his personal vehicle to another uhaul pickup location, found a uhaul at the size I reserved and picked it up. Drove back to the 8th street location and had the auto tow installed. Later in the evening after loading my uhaul the auto tow became disconnected from the uhaul and had to have family assist getting it back on. This uhaul experience was extremely stressful and not as smooth as my previous experiences. I will reconsider using uhauls services in the future.

john mThis uhaul experience is the reason I will never rent from uhaul again! I was sent to THREE different locations after making a reservation. All of which I had to pay for uber to get to since I was dropped off at the first location that was supposed to have my truck. After talking to customer service it seems the truck I rented in the late morning had been rented and taken hours prior. The uhaul inventory system is completely flawed. Finally arriving at my third location I was offered a truck that wasn't clean but didn't have the time to dispute it after hoping from location to location all morning. I was given no rental agreement, signed nothing, and was told the tank was full and not to worry about the odometer because the mileage was unlimmited. The gas was at a quarter tank, thankfully I went back inside and told them. But I was charged over $26 for extra mileage! Everything about this rental is why I will NEVER use uhaul again.
Dennis HYou should never send anyone to this location. It took over an hour to fill out the paperwork and the truck was on empty and none of the furniture pads or dollys were included. I was rerouted to another UHaul location that was 10 miles away, but 10 miles closer to where I was picking up the furniture that I had purchased.
