The info I received when picking up the truck said key was in lock box 3, but there is no lock box 3. I only saw a lock box 2. Luckily I figured out that the code might work on the lock for back of truck and keys might be back there.

There was no representative on site. The person at the site did not know what to do he doesn't work for U-haul but was courteous enough to say he would take care of the return. I have a charge of late fee and fuel charge when I returned the vehicle two days early. I don't know what happened in the days its been sitting there. I try and call to speak to a representative at the location and I get a fax machine ring so again I have no one to speak to. Still 3 days later and I have not spoken to anyone to resolve this claim I had to put in.

To begin with, you should ensure the connectivity of your pickup/drop-off location is good. Then, also ensure all your employees are well connected, so your customer wont have to report THREE times the same issues when returning or picking up your trucks!

Started off a little rocky as they called a few hours before and stated that they didn't have the truck that I needed for my date. Well got it figured out in a timely manner. The location I rented it from was very weird the employee had all her small children with her and as soon as we walked into what I assumed to be an office we got a horrible sewer smell. The place was a complete mess with clothes, dippers, and baby supplies everywhere! Overall the it all turned out well in the end.

I used the UHAUL app to rent a truck. The app was extremely slow so I lost twenty minutes out of my four hour rental from the beginning. The same thing happened with checking it back in. I received a message on the app that it's checked in to find it had not gone through. The next day, I received a call and text. The representative found it on the lot and said it was all taken care of. I still got charged for after hour service. The 19.99 advertised truck ended up costing me 109.00. Don't use the app! Walk in the store and deal with a human. This was not a good experience when you're stressing over the move.

Why would you offer a Uhaul that has a dead battery and empty on gas. It was also extremely dirty. Never buying from Uhaul again

Place was a dump with garbage and junk all around on the floor. A woman offers to take my keys and I left quickly. They were not interested in checking the condition of the truck or gas level.

Worst experience imaginable. Did not allow me to charge the bill to a card different from the one I used to "hold" my reservation. This negligence by your agent caused overdraft charges. In adequate mileage allowance caused additional fees at dropoff. Zero rating on Yelp for your company.

Hopefully after this stupid corvid 19 plague is run it's course, U haul can go on a hiring spree and address a shortage of personal and get costumer service back to where it used to be. The system works, but I'd prefer to see more people on site.

The trailer interior needed swept out and had liquid stains. The self inspection photos were when equipment was new and did not note existing damage to trailer. Also photos did not even show correct parts of trailer described. The office is really gross and unsanitary. It felt like I was in Juarez Mexico,

This location is extremely dirty. It is a hazardous area, what is worse is that there were very young children there in a very unsafe environment. Please be advised I will be contacting CYFD and OSHA regarding your facility.

My original contract was with the agent at 300 North Telshor. They called me the afternoon before pickup (when I was driving to Las Cruces) to tell me they could not be there to hookup at the desired time on 11/15/19. This did give me the opportunity to see that I needed a bigger trailer which led to the M&A Auto location via Central Scheduling on El Paseo. 6 x 12 trailer was a truely great experience.

We attempted to return a vehicle to this location first. The woman inspected it and came back talking about how we went 20 something miles over the miles. Then informed me they were charging me another day because the vehicle was "late". I told her I spoke to a woman on the 31st that changed the return time from 10am to 4pm and never stated that would be an extra charge. She called a corporate number while I watched children play in the filthiest room ever. She told the person on the phone that I was returning the truck late. I told her it was not late. She was condescending and talked down to me like I had no idea how to understand what she was saying. I heard her... she was just wrong. She tried to explain that they were trying to charge me the full amount of days because they had only charged me for 2 days. Wrong. I didn't pay nearly 300 dollars for two days. She was so rude and started explaining herself again even SLOWER. I wanted to RIP every piercing out of her face. She told us to go to another location On el Paseo and we were literally there for 6 minutes. No extra charges not trying to charge me twice for extra days... they were kind and courteous and quick. The location on picacho has NO business dealing with the public. Period. They're trying to scam customers into paying more. The location is filthy and the attitude leaves plenty to be desired.

Employee was nice and efficient but the facility was in disrepair. Old furniture and toys were piled up everywhere. The few seats were heavily stained. The equipment was in good shape and did well on our long drive.

This place was not a professional business like atmosphere, more like a daycare center with the owners child running allover & toys among other clutter everywhere & you'd think uhaul would let you know that the truck isn't equipped with cruise control but if you upgraded to the next size truck it does, I would have paid the extra money for sure!

This location is filthy. The office is so dirty and in the corner next to the desk is a porta-crib that is so dirty I was horrified to think a child would be placed in this crib. I will never return to this office and certainly won't recommend. Also we did all of the online processes for express check in and we still had to show all kinds of things to get the truck rented

There was absolutely no customer service- hooked up myself- lights weren’t working and could not get someone to look at it. Took it to location at El Paseo and they were great. Looked at lights made sure they worked.

El Paseo location has stupid script they read to you. ( The average customer uses their rental truck for 8 hours. Is that what you had in mind.) NO, It's not. Left there and went to W. Picacho location. They are much more friendly.

Stop lying and saying the 100 dollar deductible will be given back to you then say you cant give it back, also when you rent for 4 days 710 miles and only have it for 2 days and drive 500 miles shouldnt you a as a customer be given back the difference..? But mention it to the manager and he will try to fight you...?

Beattie was a uhaul ANGEL! She was so thorough and checked on us 3 times, even though it was way after shop closing time. She helped us have the safest move across states. And we got to meet her kids who were delightful!!

Was pulled over by the Michigan state patrol because the license plate was bent and unreadable. He followed me side by side for about 5 miles. Was very nerve racking. Luckily I did not get a ticket.

The facility was horrible. The desk was so dirty with food crumbs and there was food splashed on uhaul brochures. They had their kids unsupervised for at least 10 minutes while we waited for someone to help us there was no one in the office besides the dirty kids it was a horrible representation of a uhaul place

. Very dirty, no one showed up at all until well past the 8:30 opening time, then she informed me that Uhaul was closed that day and I had to do the self return. This was a relatively easy process, but it was very time consuming, it was very cold and my son and granddaughter were waiting for me. Will not use that location again.

I feel that pick-up trucks should be available for towing in State! The 10' Box truck promised was NOT available & given a 21' truck ALSO charged for diff'. I realize this was NOT a Uhaul direct dealer & more profit drive (as a %), but really!!! Lesson was to go buy a dolly.
