Inside of truck wasn't clean and only 1/4 of fuel was in it when I picked it up.
Christalyn F.The lady that closed out our rental put in 45 miles resulting in over $50 in mileage charges when we only put 7.8 miles on it. When confronted on the phone she initially acted clueless and blamed someone else, then a little bit later she called back and suddenly remembered she did the return and let us know she would correct it. I told her I would be up to pick up the new receipt. She eventually emailed it to me. We have rented numerous times from this location and never had an issue. The gentleman we usually work with wasn't on site for pick up or return and he has always been terrific to work with. Great location highly recommend, but if you don't deal with Mr Malak check your final receipt to ensure it's correct.

Robert M.Truck had to be swept out , it wasn't cleaned in advance. The pads were not there. He had get them from a storage room. When I unloaded I found that were empty beverage containers behind the seat. It took an hour to get the truck because he was waiting on customers as they came into his store. Nothing ready, having to wait until he took care of customers who came in after me. Worst experience ever 郎

ANDRE G.I rented the 15' truck online for 24hours (1day) i alway rent the truck for the entire day in case plans change. During the check in process the attendant stated that i was not allowed to have the truck for 24 hrs that i could only have it for 6 hrs and after 6 hrs i would get charge for another day. He stated that he had other reservations for the same truck that day. This did not sit with me well. I expect to receive what i reserved n pay for. He changed my reservation to reflect 7hrs instead if 24 without my approval.
Jenniffer R.I contacted U Haul as I couldn't locate a rental car anywhere in the entire Tampa area. My overall experience was excellent, both phone rep and in person where just outstanding. My experience went so well I washed and fueled the vehicle before returning… I will be hard pressed to ever use a rental car again nationwide. Moreover, I now have the Tampa's personal number for all my rentals needs in Tampa going forward!

Mildred B.Would not recommend location for anything. The equipment was old and dirty. Didn't have the dolly I reserved, which was why I chose the location. The U-Haul rep was very rude and short while confirming my online reservation and checking in. Sorry I rented from there.
Julia J.Not cancel location pick up ten minutes before I arrive and then send me 6 miles out of the way to pick up and then charge for the Mike's. Ridiculous. The truck was absolutely nasty. It had trash in it from the previous renter and had crushed potato chips all over the seat and floor. The windows had not been cleaned and you could hardly see out of the windows.

JANET H.Nice people and easy process. The truck smelled awful and was filthy and he swept out the back. I accepted the gas level upon receipt of the vehicle as it looked as it should. The crazy thing was I literally put 5 miles on the truck and was still charged for 2 gallons of gas. It's not the money but just the principle of it!

JAIME R.Malalak was not the location I picked up. They sent me 10 miles away. Very disappointing. I initiated the process in south Tampa where they had 3 of the vehicles exactly what I was looking for. Why they sent me miles away, that's a good question. The ladies in the South Tampa location were very helpful however. Not my only mishap with you.

KETASHA S.Not be so expensive. I drove a total of like 20 miles but there was 100-mile minimum. Way too expensive for an in-town move. Outrageous. Won't be doing that again.
Jacob S.my trailer was not submitted correctly. when I pick it up I was told I could simply just drop it off in the city I was driving to and leave it there and the staff would take care of it. I did just that and now I was charged for an extra day when I dropped it off around 1pm, only a few hours before it was due. How could I even return the trailer at the time the receipt says it happened. I expect an email back and somebody to contact me. Also this charge needs to be reversed please.

Daniel C.Very slow checking the truck out there was only 1 guy running the gas station and trying to check out people for trucks and running the place. They need another employee to take care of the gas station while the trucks are being checked out and returned.
