She was the only one working. This location was at a gas station and she would help other customers for her gas station in stead of helping us. We were there over 30 mins for a return.

Realized the trailer tire was low after we got home and loaded it. Found a nail in the tire, called service, the tire looked to be different after the repair was made and the tire looked used. The next day the tire blew out on I35 south, 30 mins south of Wichita. The remainder of the 200 mile drive was uneventful and the self return of the trailer using the UHaul app worked great.

Issues started with were equipment was I was given a discount of $60 pretty much to pick it up further away from my location which I was told was giving me extra miles yet I was charged for extra miles when I got to my destination next was where the equipment was parked it wasn't convenient for me to get the truck out or very easy for me to get the the car trailer attached to the truck because of the location of the car trailer. Next issue was with miss equipment and the truck itself it was not properly serviced had a tire service monitor light that was on the whole trip wasn't sure if I had a flat tire or not I also had a check engine light that was on the whole trip also said that it was down to 8% oil when I had a 925 mi drive to take I found out the truck did not have Cruise after we had packed the truck not very happy with U-Haul trying to save me a few bucks by sending me out of my way and giving me what was questionable Equipment when my local location would have taken care of me and made sure that I was very happy with my truck before I left. I didn't really see the discount I actually had to pay more for mileage and got less because I was missing equipment and end up straightening my knee and my leg driving 900 miles because no cruise on truck that was not informed to me when I picked it up I will be speaking with U-Haul to see about getting a refund on a portion of my rental.

A single person running a gas station and renting equipment is not a good combination. It tool a very long time for the person behind the counter to sign in to the system and find my reservation. Once he found it, he followed me outside to confirm the equipment number, then left me to load the trailer and check all the connections. I found out later (U-haul calling me) that the contract was not complete, so they initiated the contract over the phone. Returning, it took a very long time to check out. I unloaded the trailer, took pictures, and left it. No help and no check of equipment. Not going to use this or any site that is not a real U-haul location.

Gas tank was completely empty. Cap was off and top of tank had been damaged. Store put $20 gas in it for me. I drove 10 miles and stopped to fill up tank. I put 57 gallons in and paid $214. I returned it full. I would like my $214 back.

The clerk didn't know much about the "U-Haul" side of the business. He had to keep calling another individual at another store, and then they'd speak in their native tongue (Indian - I think). Never knew what they were saying Ended up on the phone with U-Haul Customer Service for much of the time. The U-Haul I was supposed to pick up at 9:00 - I didn't leave with it until nearly 3 hours later.. They should NOT be representing U-Haul. Giving U-Haul a BAD name.

The damn people were no help the trailer had oil all over it they didn’t even have the trailer ready to be hooked up when I got there it was attached to another truck and took them 30 mins to find it and 30 mins to find my reservation and to top it all of when I made the reservation it was a different location and they moved my reservation without telling me which sent me on a wild goose chase

Cancelled the order and never took the trailer from the lot. It's been almost a week and the order is still open, no refund, and the destination location keeps calling to ask me when I'm going to drop off the trailer that I never actually rented. Still no resolution even after contacting customer service. Absolutely ridiculous!

Had to return equipment same day. Trailer would not accommodate my needs, returned trailer to location but did not receive confirmation of return. Went back to location several times to complain with no success. Not sure how I will be charged. I would gladly pay for one day rental due to the fact that it was my error but could not confirm with location.

This dropoff location was horrible. The woman working the desk was very nice and apologetic but has no business operating a uhaul location. This is a gas station where the counter worker has to wait for a moment to leave the store unattended and then comes outside and tells you where to park. Being a small gas station, there is limited parking and every spot had a trailer there already. This was an absolutely horrible experience trying to navigate a tight gas station parking lot to park a trailer in grass around gas pumps while the worker had me take pictures of the uhaul and text them to her because her phone didn’t work properly. Because of this location, I won’t be using uhaul again in the future.

The person at the convenience store, or whatever it was, could not even log into the computer to look up my reservation. After an hour and 15 minutes, I had to hook up the trailer myself. She did not even come outside to look at the trailer to see if I had it hooked up per your standards. After I drove the 60 miles to put the vehicle on that I was going to haul. I discovered that there was a hook missing on one of the safety chains. The safety chain had been dragged on the pavement so long that a large was not usable.

Worst experience ever with Uhaul. This could lead into my last rental with Uhaul, I had to wait hour and half to pick up vehicle after schedule time, the guy at gas station had no knowledge or system access so gas station owner from remote location was processing and he asked me to provide my CC info over the phone( very insecure). Also he entered 41227 miles instead of 41778 which resulted in additional mileage charges even though I called Uhaul customer service and reported before I drove(since rental place refused to correct mileage stating he can’t once agreement is done). Customer support agents were not friendly or willing to help either. I like to have call from company and refund for wrong charges.

It is a gas station. There is no one there to help you with equipment so your on your own. They also do not have the ability to provide you a receipt. The lady who was pleasant could only take pictures and send my info via text to the man in charge and I was told I would get a receipt later. I was not comfortable with this so I went ahead and checked in online myself. Which I was very grateful my signal worked because for someone who either does not have service or does not have a cell phone you have no way to prove you completed your rental on time with no additional charges. I do not recommend.
