Having the price of rental on your truck as one price and actual price being a different price. Not including mileage which is expected while renting a truck but if it says 1999 in town daily it should be 1999 plus tax in town daily without mileage or without extra hidden costs. I've never called to reserve a truck and it be the price that it says on the truck. A more clear pricing structure would help any customer any evaluating to use U-Haul or not.

Staff should check condition if trucks better. We had a flat tire and couldn't tell until it was loaded. Interior of truck cargo area was not swept out from previous rental. Interior of cab was dirty, someone prior had spilled something and there was garbage under the seat. The previous renters paperwork was left in the truck. Windshield wiper was broken.

The gentleman was totally incompetent. Zero help did not even assistance whatsoever. Give me the serial number told me to go out and find it in the lot and hook it up. Super disappointed he was a total loser.

Don’t let people take the uhauls to burning man. They are impossible to clean afterwards. The one I rented was still very dirty with playa mud and dust even though someone attempted to clean it.

Picked up truck and brought back by noon. Truck was not checked in till next day around 11:30. I do not like being responsible for a vehicle that I dropped off to the location. Had to reach out to uhaul several times. I will not be using this location again.

This location sent us with a trailer without the adapter for the break lights to work. This location also failed to file the paperwork stating we returned to trailer on time. This location has no clue what they are doing.

The Agent cost of $150 was charged to my credit card. Gavin Rivera the Field Manager called me back and was very helpful and removed the over charge . He sent me confirmation of the credit and was excellent.

Staff was totally unprofessional did not have the truck that I reserved then when I returned the truck your U-Haul agent there pulled a firearm on me I would also like to send to the Head managers of U-Haul not quite sure if that's in your policy for an agent of yours to pull a firearm on an unarmed person and there son I will be speaking with an attorney on the matter and will never do business with u haul ever again and tell everyone I know to also never do business with any u haul ever

Have someone look at the cab of the truck more thoroughly. The inside windshield was very dirty with paint or something. And a small animal had used the bathroom behind the seats where it was not visible unless you were emptying trash. It smelt foul

I had asked Shawn (the gentleman at the register) to leave a note for the man who worked the next shift to inform him my card did not have the amount needed to pay for the fees owed, and that I would be there in the morning with proper payment method. He did not inform him or leave a note which caused my payment to fail and I was sent a promise note from uhaul.I was informed by the Fernley 76 team member I couldn’t pay at their location, I needed to call an 800 number. I called the 800 number and was told to go to a main store (an hour away) and make my payment. I went to a Carson city uhaul location and was told it needed to be paid at the store I got the truck from. So the general manager at the Carson city uhaul called Fernleys 76 station to attempt to figure things out. Fernley 76 didn’t know how to proceed so they told me they would call me back (never received a call) So thankfully Carson City’s general manager processed my payment. Fernley 76 employees were completely unprofessional and costed me much more time and money due to laziness and lack of professionalism. I’m very dissatisfied and will no longer visit or make purchases with 76 station in fernley. Carson city’s uhaul General manager had great Attitude, determination as well as friendliness and extremely professional.5 stars for Carson!

The only issue I had wad one of the tail lights was out on the tow dolly. And there wasn't away to replace it. Renting from the 76 station was probably the smoothest most efficient rental I've had compared to any other location I've use

Main Street Gas is great to deal with and always helpful. The truck was filthy inside, full of mud, sand and cigarette butts and the truck had only a 1/4 tank of gas so first thing I had to fill it up

Truck was almost empty on fuel when I picked it up. Back of truck needed to be cleaned before I loaded it. Trailer didn't have electrical connection. Wasted gas by driving here also. I reserved the truck in Carson City NV then had to drive to Fernley, NV to pick it up. Got charged extra for added mileage that Uhaul created. I originally reserved the truck in Carson City, don't agree with the added mileage charge.

The U-Haul truck that I rented was absolutely disgusting it was filthy on the inside it had spilled soda all over the dashboard steering wheel center console and floor mud all over the floor and it was dirty in the cargo section was never cleaned out still had wood chips and dirt all inside of the truck the truck ran like crap and it started without keys

The 1st u-haul was used and after several day it began to leak above the mom's attic. The rain began leaking onto clothing and one mattress. We dried the mattress with a hair dryer. I returned the first u-haul and requested a replacement. Was given a larger u-haul to finish moving after 3 phone calls and 1and1/2 hours. I have tried to send photos to a link sent but was unable to get through. I am still waiting for someone to make it right to me.

Doing the right thing And be honest, you guys keep our credit card in file to over charge us when we return the truck back like they did to me iven though I did everything that they told me to do I put the same amount of gas that the truck have when I rented and you guys still over charge me extra money after I return the truck, that is totally wrong and abusing poor customers like me that live on a tide income and single women, I’m really disappointed wit you guys. But thank you anyways.

Told me no available U-Haul truck in major city. Had to drive over 100 miles to get the truck for a 200 mile round trip mileage fee. Reserved appliance dolly. Spoke with store to verify that I absolutely need the appliance dolly. Store owner said he gave it away to somebody else who needed it. Broke my back moving. Over charged for milage to drive and get truck. Overall worst experience in my life. Will never use U-Haul. Will never recommend U-Haul. Every guarantee was broken.

The truck i received was filthy. It had sunflower seed shells all over the interior of the truck. NONE of the 48- moving pads which I reserved were provided. The reserved appliance dolly was not provided. I WILL NOT USE U-HAUL EVER AGAIN!

Location was great but unfortunately the additional equipment I contracted for was unavailable. I ordered a dolly, appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. None were available. The rep at the location loaned me his dolly for the day. Needless to say this caused some major issues trying to move large items with just a small dolly.
