The agent Dorothy was very rude the day we registered and was very rude the day we picked it up. I think she needs to be taken off of the Uhaul customer service. She was trying to have us pick up us a truck under the wrong customer name not my name.

The truck had dead pine needles in the back all over and paper. The front was dirty. The heat didn’t work at all and it was a 300 mile drive in 17 degree weather. I was not pleased at all.

No complaints about the return. I used the after hours return process. The older Uhaul vehicles do not have USB ports to charge cell phones. This is important on a multi day trip.

I had made a U-Haul reservation and at the last minute was told that I would have to drive 41 miles out of my way to get the trailer, 82 miles round trip!!! I canceled and RE-reserved at MAC’s and that worked out. MAC’s was great, U-Haul (not so much). U-haul could use better management practices for scheduling.

Was able to drop off trailer early when we arrived a thunderstorm was going through the city and the power was out all over so the guy was very nice and said we will handle when we can get power, all went through perfectly. Thank You All!!

It should be specified that a 6’ wide trailer DOES NOT have a 6’ wide ramp opening to get into the trailer.
That cost me more money and time.

The manager there was just awesome. I have forgotten what his name is. It was about -10 outside but this guy was all over trying to help me hook up my trailer. To me that’s excellent. His work ethics abs customer service and just beyond expectations and that’s phenomenal. Thank you!
