The manager there was just awesome. I have forgotten what his name is. It was about -10 outside but this guy was all over trying to help me hook up my trailer. To me that's excellent. His work ethics abs customer service and just beyond expectations and that's phenomenal. ¡Gracias!jacob A.

Great first rental experience, would use again. Do not carry cell phone with, so staff had to use theirs to get picture of plates and hookup, but they got me going.PATRICK Z.

The fuel gauge was stuck so when I went to fill back up to half tank status, it never moved until it was almost full then jumped to full. Put probably 50 dollars more than required into tank. THIS NEEDS FIXED!!!!!Kevin D.

Sorry for the delay on returning the rental I had more things to move than expected.cherrie M.
Drove the truck one block directly after picking up and truck suddenly died. Called the agent I picked up from and they said they can't help and to call Uhaul. Called roadside assistance and never received claim or file number as stated. Truck had a broken lock, broken heat, and half full baby bottle rolling around in the front. Staff was helpful but the whole process was difficult to communicate, is too complicated with too many rules and restrictions, too much privacy invasion, and too expensive for the high level of hassle. The location I picked up from was knowledgeable about how Uhaul operates.C A.
Hire new staff! Old lady Dorothy was absolutely rude terrible to deal with and cost me extra running back and forth only to end up having to call uhaul and tell them they are refusing my trailer to me, they had to call and intervene! Horrible horrible experience!!!Tyler T.

I would have liked confirmation about picking up the trailer and where to go at least a couple days earlier. When we don't learn about confirmation of and where to go, it is challenging to know if the trip can happen. It all came together and went well. 1st time with UHaul. Require Uhaul locations to provide the vehicle safety checklist when asked by the customer. I asked for a safety checklist of what the attendant had checked on the vehicle prior to my travel and leaving the Uhaul location with the truck, but the service provider rushed me and told me to find it in my account, she didn't appear to care whether I knew about the state of the vehicle. Be advised the Uhaul account only shows reservations. Requesting a safety inspection checklist also helps the customer maintain Uhaul equipment-please include this, thanks!Claudia A.
Uhaul was filthy and very badly maintained. I literally felt somewhat unsafe driving it, and if it wasn't a local move I was doing I wouldn't have used the equipment. It was definitely not worth $500. Also I change my pick up from Wednesday to Saturday and wasn't informed that the mileage cost changes from 0.79 a mile to 1.29 a mile. Well at least not informed until I came to pick it up.Jeffrey L.

Macs Hardware did a great job. The truck was filthy. The windshield had more bugs smashed on it than I ever let get so bad on my own vehicle. The cargo nox was filthy. Some white dust coated the floor. Looked like sheetrock dust.jeffery P.

This is not location specific but you need to not be so smartphone dependent. The guy in there asked me to open links to take pics of my license on a phone. I was like, I dont even have a smartphone dude. Then 1 of the employees did it for me. The older guy was quite helpful thoughJenny B.

Have the truck promised to your customer at the promised location. At the last minute dispatch called me and I had to drive 3 hours to this location to pick up a much smaller truck that was promised me in Minot. I had to argue with dispatch about mileage and gas credit at that point. No compensation for the 6 hours we lost due to your mistake by giving my promised truck away in Minot. What an unorganized and mistake riddled experience I had.Gregg O.

We called Macs and they had a truck come in early which is why we got here. We had reserved one in Dickinson but then got moved to Beulah which was 1 1/2 hours away after driving there they didnt have it staged and so another 1 1/2 hour drive for nothing. Will just call Mac's in the future as the customer service on uhaul is awful was hung up on and put on hold for hoursJEFFREY W.

People behind counter were less than friendly. Did know anything about the truck when we're asked questions. Ordered a furniture roller on line for 12 bucks. But when we got the roller said 7.00. They would not override price. Told them maybe you should take the price off it.Steven J.

Have u hauls computers working properly I was there 45 minutes try to pick up trailer. And I had checked in the night before. Two times because someone called and told me to check in again. Then when got a blow out and waited four hours to get it changed. They couldn't find some one to help us this was at 8 pm not real late. The serviceman that changed the tire was excellent and very professional. I do realize this problem was not Macs fault. Even trying to check in.Lance J.

The web-based after-hours process was ridiculous. I had to resubmit multiple selfie photo's, drivers license and passport photos as they would not believe it was me. It took way too long and delayed my trip by way too much time! I will not be recommending online check in to anyone. Plus I was charged for moving blankets that were not provided and the store was closed so I could not get them.Benjamin H.
