I ordered and paid for furniture pads and they were not included in the vehicle. There was no option of only renting the truck for one day since it was a one way move. U-Haul automatically charges you for three days even though I picked up and returned the truck within the same day. I was also charged twice for the rental. I was very disappointed with this experience.

Amanda HAt MO tobacco shop they do not walk out and check the truck with you, they check the gas hand on a hill and then want to argue with you, he called his manager and they still charged me for gas that was not actually in thw truck when we got it, had we known this is how they do we would have taken a picture of the gas hand. We did put the gas back to where it was when we got it. I will not ever use this location again!
Wanda LThe area surrounding the location does not seem the safest. There is an RV park next door that is not well maintained and littered with garbage. I did not feel the safest leaving my car there, but it turned out to be okay in the end.

Amanda Speople didnt want to check me in when returning equipment/trailer. I just wanted proof the trailer was returned, and not get charged for extra time. finally store manager/owner inspected trailer and checked me in. just seem like they may wanted to scam me for extra rental time.
GORDON GLocation wasn’t where I requested picking up the truck and trailer. No help on hooking trailer to truck. Cab was dirty from previous customer.
