The only thing that I would recommend is that you put a jack up stand with your 6x12 trailer. We had to drop it twice and when it loaded it to heavy to pickup. Other than that it was a great trip.

very unorganized the office was not manned several people waiting i had to bang on the door to get some help The guy who checked me in after the return didn't know what he was doing Told me if I didn't get an email confirmation of the return I should call the office, I did recieve the return email and the later got a call asking if I had returned the trailer

The Uhaul rental return process on the Uhaul app was very rough. It kept making me redo the same things over and over and leading me to dead ends. The first return section of 5 has you take a picture of your rental dashboard, then verify odometer and gas. I had to do that about 5x with the same exact results of returning me to the home of the app and not moving to the next section of the return process. Also instead of a text or email after I'd rented the uhaul to guide me to how to return it, I had to go hunting on the internet how to do it and download the app and figure out how to log in. This is all an awful user experience. Please make it better moving forward.

My comment is for the call centre or for the department that called to confirm the rental. It would be helpful to give the customer the option to pickup in one location and return to another. I requested the trailer from a location which was convenient and was told it was not available. I drove an extra 10 kms to a location that had the equipment. When I returned the trailer it occurred to me that I could try to return it to the original location I requested. When I asked the manager at the location I was told that there would be a substantial surcharge. I am assuming if I made those arrangements ahead of time it wouldn’t have been an issue. Which brings me back to my suggestion- if a customer requests a specific location it would be helpful for the confirmation team to suggest a drop off at that location as an alternative when to pick up and drop off at that location.

Everything was perfect. Most importantly, they had the vehicle available as reserved! Other brands of vehicle rentals don't guarantee or honor a reservation, and only use it as a sales lead. 100% will rent from Lovers Lane Storage again.

I was charged for additional mileage, which I paid. This site charged me a $30 lare fee and put me into collections 2 days after my rental. I would not recommend uhaul to anyone with all the headaches, time and energy to try and get thus worked out. I will never recommend them to anyone

Only change I would ask is that the website correct the size limit on each storage unit. The on I originally reserved did NOT fit up 1200 sq ft of apartment space. Otherwise, fast friendly service!!
