The short haired older blonde lady was short tempered, loud, had a foul mouth, impatient as she yelled at the computer and bitched about her new supervisor. We were told to return the UHAUL before 5pm. We arrived at 4:50 and she was no where to be seen.Emma L.

The owner showed up 15 minutes late. Called me yelling at me saying it was dirty when it wasn't. Told me I needed to put more gas in it since it wasn't where I got it even though it was. No idea how this person still is in business but I won't be back.Devin S.

We reserved our truck for 9a.m. No one was there, we made numerous attempts to call the office number. The voicemail left a cell phone, we called it several times and texted. About 9:20 she finally called me and said we would have to give her 30 minutes because she didn't know we were coming. She said or you can create your account and check in online and it will give you a 4 digit code To unlock the box and get the keys and if we had any trouble to call her back! Well we creates the account and it didn't give a code so we called her back and she was so hateful and said I told you to give me 30 minutes, I said you don't have to be so hateful you said to call back if we had trouble, she said well I don't want to have to repeat myself 42 times, I told you I'd there in 30 minutes, it was already after 10 by now!!! So we called around to other places in sapulpa, one location found a truck downtown and reserved it for us for 11:30. We drive 20 minutes to that place and guess what?? No truck was available. So we had to go ahead and re reserve with the hateful lady in sapulpa at lok it up. There was no dolly or anything in that truck! She was very rude and disrespectful. We had no choice but to use her but NEVER again! This was at Lok It Up in Sapulpa OKDebbie G.

The parking only allowed for 2 trucks to be in the parking lot. When we arrived the spots were full. We pulled up towards the gate that goes into the storage buildings and of course there's a sign saying not to park there so we stayed with the vehicle waiting for a worker. When she arrived she started yelling at my husband to move the truck into the middle of the road (4-lane road with median). Umm no! So my husband pulled out of the drive only to have to drive circles around waiting for her to clear the parking. After returning we pull into the open spot only to again have her come out and tell me that my vehicle the one to pick him up with was still in the way of their storage unit drive. I really feel they should not be doing uHaul if they have no where to store them for people to return them after hours or even during hours since their parking only allows for 2 spots!Steven W.
My mother rented a U-Haul and was told by Robyn Woodlee that she would receive a discount since she also rented a storage unit from them. She put a total of FOUR MILES on the truck and was charged $111.80. I just called Robyn at Lok It Up Storage to ask why my mother was charged so much. When she answered the phone, I told her "I'm not calling to complain AT ALL, I was only wanting to know why so that I could better explain it to my mother. And Robyn IMMEDIATELY started SCREAMING. I wouldn't send a DOG to that DUMP after that! And I'll be leaving reviews of her nasty attitude EVERYWHERE now! 🤬🤬🤬BRANDON A.

The lady who was renting the truck to me was very rude. She was belligerent about everyone wearing a mask. She was using profanity when her programs were not working correctly and got angry at me for her programs not working properly and corresponding with my phone prompts. I was accused of having a bad attitude when I never yelled at her or said anything rude to her. Her printer was not working properly and we were not given a receipt or the check list for checking the equipment. She just gave the key and basically shoved us out the door. This lady was extremely rude and should be reprimanded for her attitude. She said that she had just lost a relative and I understand, but it gives her no reason to be rude or belligerent to me or others. It was unnecessary when moving is already a stressful time. This needs to be addressed by your company.Sherri H.
I called to verify my reservation and to see if I could pick up an hour early, and the employee was as rude as could be. I return my uhaul two hours early the next morning she was no where to be found so we put the keys in the drop box. She calls two hours later asking where the uhaul is and why we haven't returned it. She then calls back to see we are evening charged a service fee for cleaning because there was dog food everywhere. I do not have any animals, I had no food , and there was no mess. I went up the office to figure out what was going on she had attitude immediately I simply asked her where all the dog food was , and if I could clean the mess up myself even thought it wasn't us. She said she swept it out so I asked her where at in the gras and she refused to show or tell me and I went and looked everywhere myself and there was none anywhere. She told me no she had to charge me and she had proof. I simply asked her if I could see the proof photos she refused and kept getting angrier. She called me a punk ass little kid and she didn't give a fuck about that job so that she'll woop my ass. Keep in mind there was customers there to pick up their reservation witnessing all of this. I left I call a-little later asking for corporates number and she hung up so I called back again and she said if we called back again she is calling the police for sexual harrassment . I am just in shock about all this, and this was my first place on my and supposed to be something special and now it's something I never want to go through againâ€¦PRESTON H.

When trying to return stated opened at 9am ,was their at 9am but no one answered phone or office door after 40 min of waiting finally was able to reach the person in charge and return very poorly managed. Would not recommend.Jennifer A.

Extremely rude and constantly changed my reservation. Causing me to loose my reservation. Highly unprofessional and the equipment was extremely damaged when I picked it up, had a flat tire while using the equipment found out there were multiple patches on the tire once it was fixed after waiting half a day for service. My wife was yelled at by the uhaul representative like she was a child. And was told we needed to bring the haul back because she was worried about her truck as if it was her personal vehicle. How to improve for the next customer: Fire the uhaul representative at lok it up storage.Charles S.

The online pick up was a nightmare!April C.
We started our experience over the phone. The lady that owns the franchise had zero phone etiquette and continuously blamed the system and her computer for her inability to create our reservation. The day we arrived to pick up the truck she had a sign on the door that said â€œmasks required no exceptionsâ€. We opened the door and she had two customers inside the tiny office area and none of the three of them was wearing a mask. I said something about the sign and she kind of waved her hand and said â€œIt'll be alrightâ€. We waited outside. When we were able to go in to start the paperwork she said, â€I've known him since he was a kid. He's OKâ€ referring to the previous customer. She still wasn't wearing a mask. During the paperwork phase she informed us she was going to be closed the next day and to return the truck the day after at 9:15 am when she got there. Again, throughout the visit, she struggled with the computer. She also went on a diatribe of how worthless and horrible Joe Biden would be for the country. I don't like either side, but that type of discussion should not be had in that environment. I arrived at 9:15 and parked in front of the gate I drove out of when I picked up the truck assuming I would go back in because the area in front of the business is extremely small and already occupied by two other uhaul trucks. She was not there. I tried calling her cell phone as instructed should I have problems. It went straight to voicemail. I then texted to see when she would arrive. She pulled into the parking lot 5 minutes after I arrived and started yelling at me because I was blocking her driveway and her customers couldn't get in. She said she'd had a few customers call her to complain they weren't able to get in the gate already that morning. I was there for five minutes and nobody but her pulled into the lot. We used that location because it was close to our loading point. I will not recommend that location to anyone I know and will be putting this review on yelp when I'm done here.Coleman K.

Associate was very late and rude. Had the truck reserved for 9 am and was not able to pick up until 10:15. Then when was addressed that we only had 2 hours and 45 minutes left to return she seemed irritated and did eventually give me the full four hours with attitude. Upon return of the truck she was again late and not available for more than 30 minutes I sat and waited at the location for her to return.Latrisha C.

The owner, Robyn was very unprofessional and obnoxious. I was in the office almost an hour to get my truck because she wouldn't stop rambling and yelling at her dogs behind the counter. She was extremely obnoxious and wasted so much of my time. I was in a hurry trying to get moved and it could have been a much quicker, better experience. I have rented several uhauls, both in Oklahoma and out of state, and have never had an experience like that. Would not recommend or go back to her ever again.Kimberly W.

We went to drop outside of normal hours, and there was nowhere to park. There were many signs with conflicting info. We weren't sure where to drop the keys and it was generally unhelpful. We might have called for help but there was a sign threatening a $250 charge for out of hours help and no way of knowing who to call. With this in mind, we parked the truck the best we could and dropped the keys into the night payment slot.Kathryne T.

I called Robyn Woodlee about the charges on the rental and she spoke to me like a child and was extremely rude and degrading. She told me this was her day off, all the charges a legit and she doesn't want to talk to me about it. I am going to post these comments and the way I was treated for everyone to see. I was charged an extra 98.00 above the contract charges already paid! That is not right. I want to be contacted so this can be reversed.William B.

The pick up and drop off location was excellent. We had excellent customer service the whole time and even after we turned the truck back in. What we didn't have was the overall company wide experience with U-Haul. The main number for U-Haul customer service was terrible, they double charged our card, truck rental was horrible trying to get it reserved and get a truck within our area. The main customer service should take note from the pick up location and learn how to deal with customerspaul S.

I made reservations to rent a truck about 3 weeks in advance. I received a call a day before I was to pick up the truck and was told that the pickup location was closed that day and the reservation system shouldn't even have allowed me to schedule a pickup on that day.James W.
