Great fast check-out trailer was clean.
Paul P.Fire the store employee. He used my personal number to call me at different times of the day. He harassed me and added charges to my account that I did not want.

Art H.The guy tried to charge us for folding blankets (again) because a few fell over when in transit. The majority of all the blankets were still in the original bag not even opened (we only used a couple). He had my wife come and fold them so they didn't charge us. The other uhaul location I went to in Vermont last year was 1000xs nicer and I even offered to help them with a few things while there since they were so nice.
Mary A.How about having equipment at the contracted location? Maybe giving more than a days notice of the location change? Having to drive an extra almost 200 miles (round trip) to get a trailer when you have a moving deadline is not reasonable.

Thomas M.You should actually charge people what you say and your trucks shouldn't say save $25 if you clean out the truck and sweep it if it's not true you guys charged me $75 then a day later you bumped it up to $89 for me going 40 miles in a 15 foot box truck even after I filled the truck up and cleaned it plus the shop owner wasn't even available for me to tell him I did everything I was supposed to I spent over $120 to use a truck that was bigger then I asked for to go 40 mile round trip next time I'm just gonna buy my own truck I'm very disappointed

FRANCINE B.You shouldn't charge after hours rental fee of $20 when there is not any internet signal at this location- plus we delivered 4 hours early.
Nicole D.The truck we picked up was out of alignment, the steering wheel had to be turn half way to the left just to drive in a straight line. When you pay 2500$ for a truck to move 19hrs away, you would expect tgat truck to have been maintenanced. The truck was clean, but maintenance was lacking.

BRAD G.The place is in an area that doesn't have cell service so you can't drop the unit of via cell phone. I returned the vehicle on the same day after business hours and they charged me a fee for returning the truck after hours of $20. I called uhaul as soon as I was able to get cell service and notified corporate that I had returned the truck to this location and explained the situation about the lack of cell service and the customer service rep annotated the situation in my contract. When I called to inquire why I was being charged a late return fee, uhaul refunded the $20 charge. This was greatly appreciated and I will use uhaul again for my truck rental needs. Gracias.

TOM L.I rented a enclosed trailer so that my belongings would stay clean and dry and protected. The trailer leaked and my property was covered with water, road salt, and dirt.
Evan M.I will likely not rent from Uhaul again. The rental was too labor intensive and annoying with all the picture taking. Having to return the unit via the web was highly inconvenient. This is not an effective practice for rural areas with limited cell service.
SONYA B.First of all I was scheduled to pick up the truck in another town with the phone service and then got a call that this was the nearest place. I also had to work around the owners hours which made it hard on my plans. He was having problems with the computer and talked about all the issues he has with the computer. Even though I had prepaid and nothing new was added to the contract I had to pay $10 more at pick up time.
