There are other U-Haul locations closer to my home - why send me all the way out to near the airport?
john bGood people, will use again, also I will definitely bring my vehicles to them for servicing, they are trustworthy and have a solid reputation in the area.
Pascal JStaff was quick to assist with rental and hook up the trailer to my truck.
Tom HThe original location I was supposed to pick up my truck wasn't available because it wasn't return properly I the system. While I was given another truck, it was located further away from my home and delayed my moving an hour and a half, and I was on a tighr schedule.
Robin EAttendant did not know how to hook up the trailer to the truck properly. Result was it cost u-haul money for road service call, replace a blown tire, rollback truck to haul the trailer to u-haul service center, damage to the brake system, and transfer the load to another trailer.
richard rThis was a mobile pick up but the owner waited for me after hours on a Friday to make sure that I was coming. It was so unexpected and super nice and I thank him for that. That's what you call going above and beyond providing customer service.

Robert DChad went out his way to insure my rental went through flawless. He answered all questions and met me at the location on Saturday morning and made sure all was good.
QUINCY EI had trouble uploading my pictures when I returned the truck . After three attempts and constant buffering, I dropped off the key and filled up the gas tank to the 1/2 tank mark per the instructions. After all the buffering, For some reason, Uhaul sent me the receipt from a 2019 rental and not this current one. Otherwise, the truck ran great and it was a big help in moving my family member.
David BFollow the steps and contact Uhaul for assistance if needed. Everything worked out well.
JaNelle PPicking up our uhaul was an awful experience. We never received a call that our closer location did not have our truck. Nothing. The rep on the phone told us we had to drive 20+ miles to pick up the truck from a much further location. We were told someone would be there at the closer location to help us if we wanted to change trucks but they weren't in that day. We ended up having to rent a cargo van. We lost over an hour of move time bc the van wasn't available for pickup for an hour later than our original pickup. Wi-Fi is terrible at that location and kept telling us we weren't at the location when we were there too. Uhaul made a stressful move even more stressful and we were not able to get everything moved bc we only had a van. The van was very nice but the experience was terrible. Drop off was easy at least. We will need to rent another truck but it won't be through uhaul and probably never will be again.

CRAOCIA FThe truck was not ready, it had not been checked in from the previous customer. The check in process was supposed to be with my smart phone, ending up taking 40 minutes to enter my info all over again. The rear driver side brake light was out, only defrost worked inside the truck…UHaul sent me to this location even though two local UHaul locations had trucks and were closer. I had to pay the extra miles for this experience.

Tia WI have pictures to prove what I am about to say. The can was on EMPTY and DIRTY! My previous rental 2 weeks before was dirty, smelled like an ashtray as ashes were everywhere and the check engine light was on! Truly disappointed that I had to pay full price for dirty vehicles with no gas. Truly a horrible representation of Uhaul!
GRETCHEN KWhere the U-Hauls are parked that mechanic shop the man there is rude but that is not the U-Haul place you are supposed to go to. Also our service engine soon light was on right when we picked up are u-haul.
Susan MThe vehicle check engine light came on, someone had smoked In it and left ashes all in the front. There was significant damage to truck when we picked it up as well as the outside was dirtier then the inside. I have never rented a Uhaul that was ever this dirty and disgusting

Kevin EThe truck had a bad tire monitor sensor. Nothing that affects the truck but the light came on and it scared me so I had to call UHaul assistance. UHaul assistance was excellent; timely and thorough.
Pixie HI gave a real I'd and you people still needed someone to call which was my 93 yr old mother stupid, then asked how many miles I was going, again stupid. I paid $85.00 for a 19.95 rental. Talk about false advertisement
