Dubuque Iowa is called the Masterpiece on the Mississippi. My U-Haul terminal right on the river is a big part of it. Everyone knows U-Haul and everyone knows the Mississippi. This U-Haul terminal is a masterpiece. If you need help they have everything. Ask for labor and they have vendor links.

Dropped the rental off 1 day early (on a Sunday afternoon) when they were closed. Our bank account now shows an unexpected and unexplained $35 charge. We left the truck clean and with the required amount of gas.

Masterpiece on the Mississippi is what Dubuque calls itself. U-Haul in Dubuque next to UPS and ABF fit in my transportation perfectly All the people there are professionals.My safety was very important to them and I am happy to rent from LimeLight Properties again.

The gentleman who helped me was friendly and so helpful. Without him I never could have gotten the trailer positioned. Since I was having trouble backing it up he moved three trailers and then used a dolly to move my trailer instead of making me back it up. He had to stay after closing to make all of this happen. He is a superstar!

Easy to get hooked up to the trailer and short wait. Would recommend to anyone renting a trailer.

Made reservation on the website. Unit and paperwork ready when I arrived. Only took about 10 minutes to get on my way with the trailer. Return was even easier. Put the tailer in a spot that I was told to put it in at checkout. Stopped at the office to let them know I had returned it. Was given a receipt and away I went.

We had ordered 6 moving pads with the trailer. We did not receive them. We called after we realized it and were assured they would be taken off the invoice so we at least wouldn't have an issue at drop off. They were not.

At least stay open until 7 pm, M-F. Get access to WiFi for people dropping off after hours, some people may not have actual cell phone service in order to upload the photos to the app for return, etc. I had a high cell service range, but due to its location, it still took 20 minutes to get the photos uploaded.
