Even though you have check-in on your phone you still need to go into the office to get the key, so you don't skip all lines. The equipment I requested wasn't in the van either. Otherwise, it was a good enough location.Lee S.

The furniture dolly was not there... people also did not feel responsible for it and told me to call another stattion and drive there. Which I did... milage on me, fuel on me. I would not rent from this station again but rather at a real U-haul station.Constantin Z.
Best place to rent, this is my fifth time getting either a Van or truck, always have it ready at pick up time, also they have their own parking space to leave your car secure, I recommend to everyone and the personal are always while to help 💯Carlos I.

Brakes in the truck screeched as if they needed to be changed. The driving areas of the truck was super dirty as if people spilled drinks in the truck and just left it. The workers were friendly. No where in the area did they have a 15 ft truck. I was forced to rent a 26 foot truck and I didn't even fill 10 ft of the truck. Then a 1/4 tank cost $50 dollars. Understocked with Trucks and the workers could not help me find the truck the size I was looking for. Uhaul needs to have access to an online data base of all the trucks and the locations. Rather then telling the client to call number to find it. Whats the point of running a huge rental business and the workers don't have access to overall inventory data base.OCTAVIO N.

Shady people and the van was dirty, flat tire and they wouldn't fix. Luckily they didn't try to blame on mePablo V.
I was confirmed for a one way trip for over a week to drop off at a different location after my rental. I was then told they had no inventory available for that When I showed up for my pick up. So I had to drive an extra hour to return back to this location rather than what I had reserved. You might consider letting people know that what they booked isn't available.timothy H.

The U-Haul location was hard to find and not efficiently run (same line for both gas station and truck rental). Customer service was ok.Matvey S.

The vans and trucks should be checked when they're returned. Maintenance needs to get done when has to be done. The van had a tire low on air, needed an oil change, radiator light on and didn't have a gas cap. Van dirty in driver's area. This is the first time this has happened since I have been going there, since 1987.MARIA L.

Do not do buisness with this location, it should not be included in your 24/7 truck sharing. Location is in a very bad and dangerous neighborhood, the drop off lot was fenced and locked with lock and chain, so there was no access to be able to drop off. It was only thanks to an amazing phone support agent (Natasha), that we found an alternate drop off location at 11pm. This experience alone was enough for us to never use U-Haul again. Your app needs to be significantly improved and much better vetting of businesses must be done to avoid putting customers in such dangerous and compromising situations.Christian R.
My experience was a complete disaster. What was supposed to be a planned 1 hour operation, became a complex 6 hour circus show. I reserved to pick up at specific location. Upon arriving to that location, they informed me that I did not have a reservation. Upon contacting U-haul, I learned that my truck was available a a different location. Upon arriving to the other location, did not have my 15' truck that I reserved. Instead I was given a 9' van. Which was completely unsatisfactory due to having to drive back and forth from my apartment to the storage. I recommend U-Haul inform the customer via phone call or email when changing locations instead of pick-up instead of having the customer log in to your website to check the status. I also recommend U-Haul ensure that locations have the trucks that are reserved free from maintenance issues and clutter. I am requesting either a refund or a voucher for $100 to make up for these inconveniences.ANTONIO C.
