Once we figured out how to use the self pickup, with zero help from the company and I still haven't heard from them, it was ok. I rented 2 items that weren't even there and I haven't heard about a refund yet. Overall, I'm not very happy with this experience. I might try it again sometime but hopefully I won't need to

I waited 4 and a half hours for this truck. The location blamed it on Uhaul, stating this happens quite a bit. I do not ever want to rent from Uhaul again.

When I came in to reserve the U-Haul the person clearly had never booked a rental before. It took about 30 minutes to get one truck booked. I went to pick it up and it took about another 30 minutes to get to the point where I was handed the key. This location also INSISTED I use the app to return the U-Haul. Before I left with the truck I made an account on the app and the rental was not set up to my account. No matter what I did it would not link up. On the day I went to return it, I spent about 20 minutes fighting with the app again trying to bring up my order. I eventually just used the return link through the email. Took 4 minutes to return it.

Look at the uhauls before you rent them out. The passenger windshield wiper did not work and it was hard to see. It was raining the whole day. ¡Gracias!

All was very easy! The truck was not really that clean, I put yes because there was nothing left in it, but the cup holder area was not really that clean. Drop off was super easy too!!

The truck I got has a bad muffler. I was a little nervous to drive it. Also online check in may not be for people who aren't tech saavy . So maybe a Weeknd phone remote plan for employees to check in customers from home .

I had a deadline to pick up furniture 90 minutes away. This location was 20 min from my house. I got there and tried to use the app to pick up the u-haul. The app and the website both said my GPS said I was not at the correct location even though I was standing literally at the door with the address on it. I tried on 2 other phones with the same results. I then call the 1 800 number in sat on hold for 37 minutes and talk to a woman for 15 minutes was unable to help me. Because of this, to people that were supposed to help me were not able to and I was forced to move white leather furniture through yard in the dark with a 15 year old girl and my stepson. I am a nurse and am working on average 60 plus hours a week This was my one day off. This hour to have delay caused me a very much headache and next time I will just pay someone to Use their trailer and save the headache.

App for drop-off is difficult for first time use. It essentially told you to turn in key before giving actual instructions. I was not able to get gas picture because of this

I worked with Kristy and found her to be excellent. She was kind and friendly. She was easily reachable. I had to adjust my reservation multiple times due to unforeseen circumstances and her tone never changed. Highly recommend!

The online check in/check out process was a nightmare. My reservation could not be found and I had to call to pick up the truck and drop off the truck so my account could be reset. Each phone call took about 30-40 minutes. Also the drop box was confusing to use. The interior lights in the truck would not stay on despite following the directions and attempting several times, they would go off after 10 seconds each time. It was not fun to unload in the dark. This was not the fault of the location but the truck share 24/7

Both renting it and returning it took almost a half hour each time. This past Saturday was only about 10 minutes each. Thank you for improving that. Very convenient service and location!

Check in process is hard to figure out and takes some time. Not sure why you check in online ahead of time then go through a longer process when you get there to actually get the truck. Dropping it off it says to put the key in the drop box but where is that?? Luckily I was able to put it back in the box I got it from

I reserved a 15ft. Enclosed truck, when I can to pick up the truck the 15 ft. Truck was not available, it had been rented the day before. What good does it do to reserve a truck. I just didn't care for the app check in. It asked me questions and made me take pics of my drivers licenses. That should of been done when I reserved the truck. Also I had a very bad signal on my phone at this location so it took about 20-30 min to check in. That of course is not the fault of uhale but it made me not want to use this type of check in again... tho I probably will!

Well I think there should be a person there to help you get the truck and return it it told 45min just to get into the rental truck then the truck I had was horrible the breaks were very bad and the transmission felt like it was skipping no very Safe I think I should get some kind of refund Not Happy

I would never recommend this location or use U-Haul ever again. Since there was NO PERSON THERE at 3 pm on a Tuesday and I HAD to use an app to get my keys, I'm got charged an additional $20. Not only did the app not accept my facial recognition, I had to restart it 3 times. I then had to call customer service to find out that they needed to verify that a 2nd contact person existed, and since my contact didn't answer their phone while they were at work, it also wouldn't let it go through and give me a code to get the keys to the truck. The representative also didn't leave a voicemail for my 2nd contact to even know who it was and to even call back. Meanwhile, I'm staring at an app screen that's stuck on a "Please Wait..." message. This whole process took 1 hour, which made me lose one of my movers that could only help me for an additional 30 mins before they had to return to work. This process an location is extremely not useful and since enterprise charges the same price without these inconveniences, I will become a loyal customer of Enterprise.

Hire more employees for the remote check in process!!! Took over 30 min to get access code and was on hold for over 15 min before I even spoke with a representative when the mobile chat wasn't activativing. This cut into my start time and caused me to hit more traffic on the way to my destination. Hire more customer service employees especially on the weekends when people need this the most!

We had a reservation at 7am and when we went there someone had rented our truck after hours and there was not another truck for us. We had to wait until 1pm and drive an hour to another location. Terrible!

Truck was in aweful maintenance condition. Have employee go out with customer and do a once around including starting the vehicle. Uhaul had a horrible exhaust leak. And was very noisy and knocked.

The gas was supposed to be full. We used the 10 foot truck for 2 1/2 miles. Had to go to gas station and put $10.75 (3.9 gal) to avoid the infamous gas “penalty.” In other words, the folks that used the truck before me returned it with less than a full tank. Other than that, very convenient!

I picked up the truck in an empty lot, no one was in the office. I was supposed to get a code, and never received one, so I had to sit on the phone for 55 minutes in the lot to get the code to get the keys out of the truck! The location had a listed number that wasn't in service. Worst experience ever! I saw a person dropping theirs off and they said they had the same problem and thankfully gave me a direct line to call uhaul corporate. Two days after dropping the truck off I got a phone call saying I never returned the truck. The service is absolutely appalling.

The truck needs some maintenance. The fan didn't seam to work the drivers side windows knob was broken off, and it feels like the truck needs a wheel alignment or the front end checked out. Other than that it did the job. I did use the app, it worked fine for picking up and returning.
