Katherine OLaura was wonderful. Online booking and Laura saved me when the owner of the bristow location trying to over charge me exceptionally since he did not have the trailers I needed on site. I would never use or recommend the Bristow U-Haul to anyone. Laura on Okemah I will use and refer to.

RUFUS GShow up on time or communicate when you are later. Know how to process equipment out. We agreed to be there at 0900, we showed up at 0855. The lady didn't show up until 1010 then I took over 30 minutes to check out. She never called us to say she would be later. We had to call her twice and got the runaround about I forgot and second reason was I locked my key on vehicle. But She did have a full face of makeup on when she got there. Every disappointed in this experience with uhaul.
KAREN LThe truck really wasn't swept out before I got it. The check engine light came on half way through the trip. Very rough riding. I will say I was impressed with the radio and other than the light and the ride it was very much like a basic Ford pick up...

Jack CFix the computer system. It was glitchy and very hard to get to work correctly. More in-person integration would be great. I waited in a parking lot with my young child for almost an hour as the sun was setting trying to get the code for the truck.

james sIt would help to Electric Windows and Lock's because once you lock it you either have to crawl across the seat or get out and walk around the truck to let them in. Everyone is not flexible. Please take in consideration. Thank You! Otherwise Lee's in Okemah is Excellent in Service, and very helpful.

SANDY HStandard training for all uhaul representatives. She tried to use a dolly to lift the trailer onto the hitch, commented about how she hooked trailers up wrong before reading the instructions. Bags containing moving blankets appeared to have dried animal urine on them.

Tammy PAside from the fact that I had to drive 55 to find a location w a tow dolly, the someone had apparently had a spit cup in the cup holder and missed using it. Photo available. The inside of the windshield was dirty. When I got my paperwork they forgot to return my drivers license. When I returned for it next day (another 110 mile round trip) they were 45 minutes late in opening. They were however friendly and polite.
