Need to designate more clearly where to drop off equipment and have chocks available for trailers.

Christine HI picked up the truck at 10:00 am on 03/16/24 and returned it at 12:45pm on the same day. The office was closed although posted hours indicated they were open until 6:00pm. Self return process through the app did not work so I was unable to complete the self return. Another customer returning a truck had the same problem.

Mike NThe truck was parked much to close to the next vehicle which made it hard to open drivers door to enter. Nothing to do with the location but the online check in process was horrible. Took way too long, both app and website kept freezing. So many hoops to jump through, all of which could be done with much ease at reservation rather than rental time. I’ll think long and hard about using UHaul again.

Ryan BWasn’t sure where to put my key when returning. U-Haul provided no direction other than showing me a picture of a U-Haul drop box, which I couldn’t find at this location. But I just threw it in the lockbox I got the key from. All in all quick and easy.

Janna HMake app better. Plan extra time when needing to use app for pic up and return 20 minutes easy for pictures required to move through screens. Challenges when cold and dark. Please mark key drop more clearly. Put info in app it is on door of business.Truck was unlocked when I picked up but secured when dropped off.

Donald FRented a small "box truck" for a couple of hours to move a few pieces of furniture. Conveniently located and very reasonable cost. My second time using them. Will definitely go to them in the future when needed.
Paul LGet an app that works, make check in easier, do not charge a "convenience fee" for checking in when it is not possible to do on your website. Enable the personnel on site to refund erroneous charges. Make the key dropoff obvious not a hide and seek exercise.

Amy TTook 40 minutes to get truck. On hold for 30 minutes. Website app is horrible. People were nice when finally able to speak with someone. Advertise $19.99 but best to advertise $49. Is what it is and got couch moved but will use someone else from now on. Again people were nice - app is crap.
Barbra CI arrived on time and no one was there. I had called earlier to confirm. But no one answered my call. So I called customer service. And they told me that I had to use the online Share program. What a f***in' waste of time. I spent time answering all their questions and taking pictures of myself, my drivers license. Then I had to provide an emergency contact. Then n alternative contact that was different from my emergency contact! And then after all this, it kicked me out. And I had to start all over. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!

Scott SLanges’s was great, but I had a long, difficult, frustrating time the day before trying to go through the U-Haul app. I finally gave up on the app and went to Langes’s the next day, where I received fine help, picked up our rental, used it, and turned in a short amount of time. Langes’s was convenient and very helpful!!!

Robert BI picked up the trailer an hour and a half early, I was charged for a full extra day. I returned the trailer at 11am 6 hours early. They did not even mention I would be charged another day, it just showed up.

MARK FFix the lighter plugs and the windshield it needs to be replaced and I almost got pulled over for the broken windshield seems like the place I rented it from does not care that the windshield is broken

Pam BThis location offers a 24 hr key drop off for your convenience. I got hit with a $20 "after hours" fee...even though I turned the truck in 2 days early. There was no warning of this fee..had no heads up as to their hours, or I would have been there before, or dropped it back the next day. Also not sure what this fee was for, as all I got was an emailed receipt regardless.

charles tThe people running the business were great. But when we stopped to pick up the 24/7 reservation we had made, we were there for over an hour. The person who we contacted when the app wouldn't work was very patient and helpful. But your app really sucks. I'll never use it again.

Chester SFinish with one customer before moving on to the next. I rented a trailer and first to pick up while 5 others showed up after. I had to wait over 30 minutes for the guy to take pictures of it before I could leave because he decided to check everyone else out first. Infuriating.
Jason SCharged me for a dolly I didn’t use. The zip tie was already broken when I picked the truck up and it was clearly never looked at the last time it was checked in. The vehicle did not look anything like the pictures and they should be updated to reflect the damage on it.

Rachel BI spent 22 minutes trying to check in when the rental was complete. Your website said I had no open reservation. Very frustrating. I see I was charged $22.51 additional this morning, also very frustrating. Called the place I rented, he can’t help. Feel a bit ripped off.
