THOMAS WOur experience was mixed. We reserved a trailer, but when we got there, the trailer we were assigned had a malfunction in the wiring. There was another identical trailer that worked fine, but it had been reserved for the next morning, so they weren't going to let us take it instead. There were no other trailers available. We were ultimately allowed to use the working trailer after promising that we would have it back by 8am the next morning. After hours drop off was convenient. We appreciated their willingness to work with us.
