Bradley SEntire process was seamless. Office personnel was cordial and welcoming upon arrival. Van was a newer van and in great condition. When I dropped vehicle off, same personnel was present and welcoming again. Receipt was emailed to me within minutes of dropping off van. Great moving experience!

Robert LAweful!!! Stay away , once they get your money they don’t answer your calls, and don’t call back. they gave me the wrong truck! a SMALLER truck an I didn’t catch it until Sunday when we finished loading an couldn’t fit everything, like we did when we moved here (we’re military and move often) . They closed Sunday an Monday for the holiday so I was SOL!! I had to use what I had an didn’t have enough room now we have to make another 6HR trip!!! Taking extra days for loading an rest!! So much trouble they have caused!! And they are still not getting back to me!! This happened Friday Beware!! They will cost you money time an a lot of stress

MARCI RThe truck had very little gas and had only 38 miles left in the tank. It is really poor customer service to rent a truck with very little gas. The right mirror didn’t work and you could not adjust it. They were really slow. It used to be a lot better run in the past.

Carole HI have nothing to change. The girls were very nice and accommodating. I had to rent a U-Haul cargo van last minute and they came through for me right before they closed. I forgot to rent the dolly and I had to go back and get it two minutes before closing and they waited for me. They had the dolly outside Ready to go. They were very sweet and accommodating and I would definitely recommend this location.
Denise EGet a U-Haul key drop box. Otherwise make it more obvious where it is, because it most certainly is not. Make space for night drop offs. It was a pain to reverse park the 15 footer in such a tight spot.

Nikki DThe UHaul App was a joke. It didn’t work on my iPhone. I had to call and get an operator to manually check out the truck for me. The truck number on my reservation was not there. The check in was similarly a problem. The App is terrible. The left front light on the truck is not working.
Allan SI filled the tank with fuel and actually gave Uhaul 1/4 tank more gas than what I needed to. Then, you charged me $84 for fuel. I have been trying for 1 week to have this fuel charge removed with a simple reply "our regional manager has been busy. We will get back to you" This certainly appears that it is simply UHaul's policy to charge every customer for fuel whether deserved or not and then conveniently ignore them. If I don't hear in the next 24 hours, I have no choice but to report a fraudulent charge to my credit card and have the full cost of the rental removed. I have all receipts, which I have already shared with UHaul. Apologies of aggressive tone but I am not paying twice for fuel and I will be sure that my friends are warned not to fall prey.
Andrew HLisa has an amazing pro customer attitude. Her sincerity and care for what we needed and how she could help us was very real. We will be using and recommending your Laguna Canyon location and Lisa. She's a fast promote.
Dan OQuick and painless.. I had reserved through them but then was switched to Lake Forest by your system… the Laguna Beach location which is much closer to my 2 rentals (old and new) had plenty of trucks available and were willing to accommodate me quickly so very grateful and saved on mileage
ELIZABETH TThe front door was locked and the office around the side, but there was no sign. It was also easy to pass on the street. But, these aren't the right questions to be asking. The whole process of pick-up and drop off--neither at a location that I had selected was very very inconvenient over an already stressful event. The customer service people at both locations were great and did their best, but the Uhaul process does not have the customer in mind.
