The truck was clean and well maintained however the tow dolly we were slotted to take had siezed brakes and the tech had to switch us to another tow dolly on the fly and since he was so busy I didn't get new paperwork with the proper unit numbers on it and was worried about dropping it off and it having a problem on the other end.

Great location, there was just enough parking for the truck. Easy to access
Noah GFella running this location was very easy to deal with and very accommodating. Everyone else I dealt with was pretty well useless. I tried multiple times to book/pay in advance both on-line and with a couple other reps, but I had difficulty getting a simple booking request completed. No where near the preferred location and it kept jumping around. This Kent St. W. location was fine and I'd use them again. But U-Haul itself was not 'user-friendly' for me and it was incredibly expensive to rent a truck just for the day. Won't be doing that again anytime soon.
Joanne DGreat location, very friendly and competent staff. On the u-haul side, the app wasn’t working for the drop off. When trying to take pictures of the equipment, pictures already taken would disappear when taking the next one. Couldn’t complete the process on the app…

Hailie IPicked up car trailer evening before in anticipation of early morning trip, brought home realized that trailer width would not work for vehicle I was picking up (could not find specs online and found to check at pick up) Rented different trailer that would accommodate, was there for open next morning, was told by rep that I would not be charged because of mistake, after confirming 3 times, offered to pay a partial fee for mistake, was told it was fine. Was charged for trailer anyway.

Al MWas not $19.95 as on my original booking. I went to check my reservation the night before and was canceled somehow. I had to rush and book a van elsewhere and the original booking showed back up but not until I realized the next day the van was booked for 10 pm not an as u originally selected. The sales rep was not there until 1030 (making him 30 mins late) delaying my time further. When I returned the van the systems were down and I incurred another $50 without my knowledge. No on callled to explain and when I call the store there is no answer.

Ronya BTried to charge me for fuel and milage that I didn't do. If I didn't take pictures, and monitor my credit card, they would have charged me. Got attitude from the lady there and didn't seem to give a damn about what happened. I do not feel confident in my decision to use them.

David PHadn't realized till moving day there is more then one u haul in my little town. While I had changed the pickup time a couple of times the week prior....message was lost/not acted upon. suggestion: the online search did not indicate there was more than one location. So here I was talking to location A....and the rental turned out to be location B. Found this out on moving day. Worse yet...phone either not answered or voicemail at 9.30am! Would that make you happy? Hopefully...I won't be moving again for a while.
