Update your system so that it can be more compatible with all cell phone types. I had to enter the same exact information more than 6 times in order to get it to go through. That was a joke, if I did need the truck so desperately I would have just canceled my reservation and gone a different rental company.NATHAN V.
The back of the truck was dusty and had leaves and grass on the floor. Wasn't terrible but definitely needed to be swept.Veronica H.
The person helping me at the drop off location was not authorized to correct the mileage error from the pick up location. There was a difference of 700 miles that could have potentially been charged to my credit card. My options were to either wait for as long as an hour to see if she could get someone to change the mileage in the system, or leave without a receipt. I opted to leave as I was on a limited time schedule. It was not feasible to wait that long. Throughout this whole truck rental fiasco there was one system failure, or human error, after the other from pick up locations and times, to drop off miles and proof of fuel levels. I took it up on myself to take pictures for proof as I suspected that there might be these kinds of issues. If Uhaul insists on being completely electronic and paperless...figure out how to make it work so the customer isn't inconvenienced. I did a lot of the work myself but your customer service reps got paid...I didn't! After this experience, I hope it's a long time before I need to rent a truck again.ruth M.

I had to pick the trailer up at The Truckshop USA on Hoover and Ken was very difficult to work with and had extrememly poor customer service. Shauna at Kortens had the unit transfered to them and personally came over to hook it up. From the beggining she went the extra mile(s)!Kim F.

I was asked to fold all blankets used.. I would assume that the blankets used would naturally be washed and cleaned before repackaging and rented to another client. That was my assumption before I asked for blanket usage. If this is not the case, that information should be disclosed before blanket rental or else have the professional cleaners fold your business blankets for you in their services.James W.

they had allowed someone else to take the trailer i reserved. they did locate another trailer in the approximate location and i was able to pick up the appropriate trailer there. they also delivered the packing blankets to me that had gone with the original trailer. also, the trailer leaked but did not cause damage to any of the antiques i was haulingWAYNE R.
The mobile pickup was very time consuming. The biggest issue was waiting for approval. We waited for almost 30 minutes.Heather D.

It's winter in WI and I didn't see a window scraper for the snow. When picking up the truck I had to use my hands to brush the snow off. Also this is my first time using u haul. I would warn users of the time it takes to check in and pick up the truck much like you did when I dropped it off.Blake Z.

I used the vehicle 23 miles. I put 3 gallons of gas then got charge another $7 gas money. This is not fair. I fulled and it was more what i got it.Sinan K.

Had to self check in. With the help of my son we were able to check in ok. Pictures were taken. Truck was just as clean as when I picked it up with the exception of 2 full liquids bottles I found and threw away from the previous renter. Uhaul is now charging ME for cleaning. Not acceptable.Tamra C.

Very disappointed that I had to travel 20 miles out of my way to pick up the trailer. I had a reservation to pick it up in Wisconsin Rapids but i received a phone call the day before that I needed to pick the trailer up in Stevens Point. Poor logistical planning by UHaul!JEFFREY W.

Was a ripe off paying 19.99 for rental but a dollar a mile which from the uhaul place to my house was almost seven miles. Didnt even pock up the stuff to take to my house. Only had it for no more than three hours and spent almost 80 dollars never again will I rent from u haul again.Stephanie R.

The location was fine. The truck had some issues. The gas tank wasn't as full as indicated when I picked up the truck. The passenger door was broken on the inside which I reported to the location before we got started. The back of the truck had some dirt and leaves on the floor.DAVID B.

Customer service was overall, helpful and nice. Only complaint is that staff, only one person at location aware of how to run Uhaul transactions. This person, of course, was aware of time we needed to get truck back to that location. She was at a personal family appointment. We had to wait approximately 30 minutes for her to return. Then overheard phone conversation withh her father, owner of location? that she would have to get lunch AFTER she came back to check us out. We felt awkward at this point. Also very tired from moving heavy equipment and still had more work ahead of us!Karen S.

This wasnt the best experience. I have rented before and had no problems and this was different. It wasnt the location that was the problem though. I did the truck share and had to put in the miles on the odometer and the fuel. I did that and it told me i couldnt change the miles. The odometer read 3898 but it was saying it was supposed to be at 7000 something so it wouldnt let me proceed. I had to call customer service to be able to continue. Then when i dropped it off i had the same problem. I put in the miles and it told me that i couldnt put less than it was supposed to be but i didnt. The record of it was just off. So i had to call customer service again and be put on hold. I thought it would have been fixed after i called the first time but it wasnt...Bailee S.
