Robert PopeThe truck was not returned to a full tank and there was a tire pressure warning on the dash. My reservation was changed twice to two different locations. I had to call support to ensure that I wouldn’t be charged for someone else’s lack of gas in the vehicle. By far the worst moving experience I’ve had.

Uhaul moved my reservation to a different location that I couldn't pick up until 10:00 and when I called the rep. Was very rude. Lady at pick up location was very nice though. We were not informed at pick up and did not notice until we were well on our way that the passenger side mirror had been glued and we could not move it to properly set our mirrors which is very hazardous and could have caused an accident as it made it difficult when trying to merge on the interstate.

I was unable to call about being stuck in traffic while trying to get there before closing time because the office's phone number gave only marketing messages from various companies w/o connecting me to the office.

ELLEN KUBESThe gas tank was completely empty when picked up even if someone stole the gas the truck I picked up should have been refilled peeps to when I picked it up. You only reimbursed me for $38.50 when 3/4 tank was $100.

Robert Davidson CarrClean cab and storage space which was nice, but the fuel being low at pickup gave me a little more anxiety than I would’ve liked. I had exactly as much gas as I planned miles to drive so it worked out but might have been a more difficult situation had I ran into extra traffic or needed to drive further unexpectedly.

When I received the charges, it was $100 more expensive than what I had agreed to. I never signed anything saying I was willing to pay additional charges for this services, and I’m now having to fight with customer service to get this resolved. This feels shady to me and I just want a refund for the difference.

Rich TrifelettiFirst place I rented did not have vehicle when I got there. I had gone 25 miles out of my way to get a 15 ft truck.. They sent me to another place, only had 10 ft available, and when I got there, found out they had double booked the rental. Since I was first, I got the truck but felt sorry for the other renter. When I returned vehicle, followed directions on phone, and was constantly reminded if they handled checking, there would be a $25 convienence fee. I did exactly what the app promos said including putting the key in lock box #2 with the combination they gave me. I got a call next day that I had not returned the key on the overnight box - had to explain to her where they told me to put key.

However, the new digital system had a very hard time accepting our temporary (and legal) WA drivers licenses,--we spent a half hour trying to deal with it-- and the cargo van we picked up had not been cleaned--there was dog hair all over the seat, and the cargo area was sandy/dirty.
