U haul website and customer service serve as NO help when trying to find a uhaul. Every place recommended by the site and CS agent didn’t actually have availability. I had to call over 10 places to find a location that actually had a truck available. What is the point of a website and customer service if it isn’t accurate?

The vehicle was completely out of fuel and the lock in the back was broken. I was told to fill the truck up but was not completely reimbursed for that expense. Cost me an extra $50 that they have not covered. Currently disputing the charges.

Your team was setting up a new POS. The guy supporting was rude. You are now asking for people to photo copy and share their drivers license, when I asked about this and concern for privacy, he responded with "I don't have to rent to you if you don't want. In short, the guy was a jerk. This is the second time I've had issue with this location - first time was when you didn't have the van I booked. You need to work on your customer service approach. Also, returning the vehicle was a problem. Too much time involved.

Be VERY clear upon accepting the vehicle that daily rental rate is subject to a late fee if the vehicle is not returned within the initial reservation time period. Most customers assume that the total cost to rent includes the daily rental rate (24 hr period), mileage and fuel expense. I initially reserved the vehicle for a four hour block of time, but kept the vehicle for 6 hours returning it before the facility closed and well within the 24 hour "daily rate" period. This was deemed "late" and subject to a $50 fee. When ask if I would have been assessed a late fee or an increase in the daily rental rate had I initially reserved the vehicle for 6 hours, the answer was no to both. My advice is that renters reserve the vehicle for a longer period of time so one avoids this misleading U-Haul practice. In fairness to the location, the late fee was waved after the above situation was discussed calmly.

Wonderful service! Van was clean and easy to drive. I love that I can place my order online and basically do the majority of checkout from there. Lovely and very helpful woman working at the desk at the facility I was at in Kirkland. Definitely will use this facility next time!

Not having arbitrary cleaning fees where I'm told $25 and then deciding to increase it to $50 because "only one person was there." It makes the process feel like a scam. I was forced to rent at this location (changed by uhaul instead of the one I rented at). Never again. Next tjme I'll just get a Penske truck.

Pickup, took a long time for review before letting me get keys and get going. I had a friend drop me iff, then ended up standing in the rain for 20 minutes. Then waited inside for another 10 before i was approved. I shoukd have been told the processs takes this long so i could have made arrangement to wait in my friends car

The Van's Emergency break lever was broken. I couldn't engage it to unlock it. After many attempts by my son, it unlocked, but it was broker prior to my use. The staff at the rental place were awesome. Extremely helpful.

The personnel was very helpful at this location, although they were not a UHaul employee per se. The check out process took almost 2 hours due to confusion on UHaul's part. I appreciated her tenacity in persevering toward a successful check out, as well as the help of UHaul's area manager, Cassie.

Furniture pads were not included, lady at front desk was due and told us to wait for 20 minutes while "helping a customer" even though they were just filling out forms while she sat behind the desk. Would not rent from this location ever again, thank God this experience is over.

The office people should be customer sensitive. I was sent back and forth to NE 85th just to figure out where to get my pick up truck. The person at that office is not helping much. Also I was billed innorrectly. My receipt was around $61 but my bank was charged around $94. What is happening? I am greatly disappointed.

Heavy smoke smell in cab, would be nice to have it febreezed before I rented. But, staff is awesome

The inside of the truck was not clean, it was very dusty and had not been vacuumed. The truck bed and windshield were also fairly dirty. However, the truck ran well and was not damaged, and the location was convenient and the staff were very nice. The mobile check in was very time-consuming and inconvenient, but inside we did not have to wait and everything was easy.

I will never rent on that location again. 1. They have charged me extra fees (insurance) even I had declined the same and only had reimbursed me after I argue. 2. Manager was very rude (I’ve forgotten the dolly at home, the front desk said I could return st the next day and the manager called me and forced me to go back to the store to return the dolly) 3. I’ve called the store saying I’d need a extra hour with the truck paid the regular fee, used the pickup for 6 hours and the said I had to return at the exactly time described on contract or I’d pay 60 dollars extra. I said that those fees wasn’t clear on the contract I’ve signed and they could not explain me. I always use U-Haul but after that experience I’m going to use a different service even though it would be more expensive.

According to our order, our truck was supposed to come with 2 dollies. It came with neither and eventually we had to go to another location to pick them up. At least one other customer was having the same problem. This location needs to learn what it has and doesn't have...and also train employees better. The poor woman trying to help everyone had no clue how the system even worked or a good phone number to call.

I waited over and hour and half to access my 3pm reservation. Trucks were double booked, people were not returning trucks on time. And the location is significantly under staffed. I actually watched another uhaul renter storm out of the facility for this exact reason. It was an incredibly poor experience.

Really disappointed this time with my rental experience. Uhaul changed my location for pickup, the new location was a lot further away than my selected location, resulting in mileage charges. When I picked up the truck, there was dirt in the back, and they didn't have all the equipment I selected either. They also changed my drop off time without telling me. All in all it was a terrible experience, and I would recommend going with another company even if it costs more.

The site itself and equipment were great, however, the mobile pick up app was not. I picked mobile app check-in as I thought it would be quicker and easier. Boy was I wrong. When I got there the app continuously told me that it could not locate me and I needed to turn on location finding on my phone, which it already was. Turning location services on and off again and closing out the app or trying the U-Haul web browser was no help until about the 5th try it decided to cooperate. Then it began asking me to take my photo and pictures of my drivers license. Why wouldn’t all of this be done ahead of time when I provide my license info as part of the mobile pre-check in process? Since it was raining and I had already lost about 10 minutes with app glitches I decided to go inside the office. The staff was great and had me out of there in just a few minutes. I will not use the mobile option in the future.

There was a major snow storm in the area. The truck was available when got there but there was a ton of snow on it we couldn't even leave the lot without clearing the snow ourselves and the back door was frozen shut. Only drove it 14.4 miles. According to receipt it was 1/8 gas used (3.6 gallons. 4mpg really?) though we couldn't tell it was less than what we started with looking at the gas meter ourselves. Gas and "fill-up service fee" almost doubled the total cost Very dissatisfied with how this gas meter was interpreted. There was no leniency towards us for not adding what should've been < 1.5 gallons of gas (according to fuel section on your website) during major snow storm but we had to clean the snow off and unfreeze the door ourselves before we could even use the truck

Mobile app is terrible. It did not told me that I was at the wrong location. It asked multiple times for the same information. I had to do the check in 3 times. I failed to perform the check out with the app, it keep asking for the same info again and again. I was able to do check out with the help of human. My phone battery was dying at 9% and the process insisted on my taking the same pictures over and over draining my battery. I had to take out the charger from my car and put it in the van if I wantted to keep trying using the app. Recommendantions: 1. Fix the app, this is unacceptable. 2. Make sure the app validates customer location more accurately. 3. Provide a free charger for USB-C, micro USC and Apple devices.

This location is really clean and the staff are great, nice smiling people make a long day of moving more enjoyable. I am relieved to find this location since the other location on 85th street and 120th ave less than 2 miles away is the exact opposite. The place is dirty, the staff are slow and they are always in a bad mood.

Have a sign in the car to indicate that to turn on the car you have to push down on both brakes (as someone who hadn't drove a large truck before this took some time to figure out)

I reserved a small truck for pickup 5:30 pm Friday 8/24, .but the records were incorrect and the office had me down for a van...to haul a king sized mattress! And box springs....so I was rented, instead, a larger truck, with side view mirrors that did not adjust well...and it had to be back by 9:30AM Saturday 8/25...so I did not get to use the truck for a trip to our local.dump...as not enough time. I was dismayed at the 24 hrs cost, for a use of only Friday evening. Oh Well!

I requested 24/7 pickup, but equipment was not assigned to my reservation when I arrived. Luckily staff was still available to help me. When I returned the truck, the mileage was recorded as 82 miles instead of 12 miles, requiring me to return to the location to resolve the issue.

U haul messages were weird.. it said pickup at 6pm but when I reached at 5.30 please for pickup they told it got cancelled as pickup was at 5pm and cancelled due to no-show. Luckily staff was very very friendly so fixed it right away.
