Joshua MThe personnel at this location went above and beyond to ensure my rental met mt needs. They did a great job. I wish U-Haul would would invest in website improvement as its functionality is pathetic. The logic flow is choppy and results are inconsistent.
DAN RThe truck was not available at the requested time. It was returned about 2 hours late. I did not receive a confirmation call the day before the rental was due to be picked up.
ZITA BI rented a uhaul on june 25th in mangum ok and turned it in on june 28th in camden oh. I was chargedon aug 2nd $480. Mike in camden oh uhaul said it was a mistake but yet i'm going to be out the time to take u haul to court to get my money back

Arlie C24/7 process was so slow. I had to provide people to contact and passport to rent a truck? Ridiculous. I will never use that process again and will look for alternate carriers next time. Very displeased withe website and rent pickup.
