Well uh haul is supposed to be a 1 way haul. I should be able to drop off at any other uhaul right? Well this place put a $200 holder on my card if I didn't return to her. So I had to turn around and go back to the drop off, pick it back up and drive 60 miles round trip to take it back. Thank God the guy I returned to was good enough to call and let me know. So me personally I will never use this location again!

Please put Cruise Control on these trucks. I rented a 15ft. truck and it would've been way more gas mileage efficient if there was Cruise Control. The lady that did my reservation also got my drop off location wrong, so that was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.

Self serve lumber in Birch Run Michigan is poorly ran (the guy) was less than helpful and acted like we were a problem for him. Uhaul charged us for someone else's rental so we were told that “it's your problem, take it up with Uhaul”. Your customer service was horrible at best and you've showed me that a couple crooked workers can make sure their friends get a free rental by screwing me over. The man in the building was absolutely useless and should not represent any business.

The check e fine light was on. The cargo area was extremely dirty. The windshield was so dirty on the inside I could barely see to drive.

You charged my card for the full amount of the rental and then after I left tried to charge my card for an additional 360.40 14 times in a 10 minute time frame. I didn't owe an additional amount of money let alone 14 times 360.40. Very unethical. I am glad my bank caught it after charging my account an additional 2 times and alerted me to the fraud. This is a terrible way to run a business. I will never rent from uhaul again. I have moved over 20 times in my adult life and always used uhaul but this experience has put that to an end. I will tell everyone who asks that they should never use uhaul. After getting 1774.44 from me for the rental you all tried to charge my debit card for a total of 5040.00 that is sickening.

The counter person in Kentucky was nice and helpful. But, the equipment was subpar, the turn signals needed to be repaired within 30 minutes of use. The ratchet strap mechanism for the front tires, was so poorly maintained, that they were barely useable and wouldn't stay latched. I've rented at least a dozen car transports and never had any issues.

Maybe answer your messages or texts. I dropped off the trailer on the same day that I rented it. It was a 24 hr rental. I called the next day at 9am and no one knew it was there after leaving a message and a text. Then I got an email from U-Haul stating that I was late on returning the equipment that was due back at 10am.

I first made my reservation for this location and it was moved to another location. I showed up to pick up the vehicle waited for a half hour and no one every showed up. I called the location and no answer. So called U-haul and my reservation was transferred to the Kenton Station location. I was told I was receiving a 50.00 guarantee. Which I thought was a credit for the inconvenience, but found out it was to get a vehicle. This was very poor service I feel U-haul should have credited me for the inconvenience.

As the rep tried to close the back door, it wouldn't latch correctly to the deck, that part was obviously bent, and would not lock. I'm glad we caught that before I took possession of an almost new uhaul, or would have been paying for a previous customers damage. I would suggest double checking all latches when a customer returns a uhaul. Service was excellent!

I have rented a lot of Uhauls through a lot of dealers. This is the best one ever. The service is outstanding! The dealer anticipated my every question and was sure that I was informed about purchase and safety. He even hooked the trailer to my SUV and helped me check my signal lights. The Uhaul vehicle and the office were clean.

The man that runs this place was awesome ...his PC keep freezing ..check out was an hour ..not his fault at all....he had to call uhaul to have them do our rental...the girl on the phone did not put the info into PC correctly. The man kept telling her the gas amount which was 1/8 of a tank and the mileage he repeated also....oops forgot ..the woman who I talked to to reserve truck a few days before told us there was a 26 foot truck available ..when we got there on Saturday that truck was unrentable due to AC not working..we went from a 26 ft to a 10 ft truck ..the man gave us free miles because we had to make 2 trips instead of 1 trip in big truck...when we left the lot the lot an hour later I got the contract via email that had 10 extra miles added to it before we left lot ...also it had gas light on when we pulled out and the contract said we left lot on 3/4 of a tank lol...I called the nice man and told him about.the mileage and gas amounts being incorrect....when we got bill for credit card this bill said 30.00 refuel fee and 68.00 fuel fill up...lol I like to blew a fuse ...when I called the original lady amswerd put me on hold for 15 minutes because she was with customer but 15 min in my phone disconnected ..I called back and she rudely said I didnt hang up on you and I hadn't even spoken yet ...I said my phone disconnected so I had to call back ...she said ohhhh n giggled after she was rude...told her about bill that we got which in total was almost 170.00 for a 60 mile trip and 19.95 rental fee.. Told her what happened to poor guy the day we rented and she said ill call him...20 minutes later our bill went from 170.00 to 70.00 after he had her knock off gas fee and refuel fee...the reason I said dirty equipment was the ashtray was full of Cig butts and the back of truck had debris in it...
