As a senior I appreciate being walked thru the process before hand, so I know what to expect. Very appreciative of the care the young man showed me. Will rent again from same location.

Rented two dollies. They didn't have them when I got there. Was told to phone other locations and go pick them up from there. Then had to pay for the mileage and gas to go pick up the dollies from another location. Pretty pathetic
Bradley PWhen I was there, it was pouring rain outside, and the moving blankets were all stored outside on a pallet in the rain.

Matt DProvide adequate service to your clients. Do what you promised. I got the confirmation of my reservation. Then I was informed that the pick-up location was changed. I didn't want to go to another location - I wanted to pick-up from the nearest location. So, I needed to change my reservation (I changed the vehicle),but initially it was confirmed for the exact vehicle and the exact address. Then, when I came to the spot I was informed that they didn't have the dolly I booked! Again - it was confirmed. Why do you lie to your clients? Finally, I used the dolly that was the only one at the location - but it was smaller then the one I booked! Why do you confirm reservations and then change orders?

charlene rThe attendant at the gas station was prepared with the drop off information and was already inspecting the vehicle while I was topping up the tank. It was the most seamless experience I have experienced with rental vehicles.
Darcy KFill the fuel tank to full and then have customers do same before returns. It is extremely difficult to guess how much fuel to add before returning the rental. Please also clean out the inside of the cab. The cab of my rental was dirty and there was garbage.

Michael HI understand that due to a unfortunate accident with the airhose the tire wasn't able to be inflated. We had to do that and wpray out the back. That said, the staff was very good. We will use this location again.
Thaddeus BI was extremely disappointed that the 24 foot truck i reserved was not available, I was forced to make two trips so I had to pay double the mileage - I am still not sure that is fair considering I was unable to get the vehicle i was confirmed to get.
Greg GThe two customer service people that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. One big issue, I rented a dozen blankets and all were very wet. This rendered most of them useless. I didn't realize the issue of course until I was too far away to return them. Then I had rented a furniture dolly but there were none available. This is a very important moving item, too find out the day of was disappointing. But I give the outlet high marks for their effort.

D'Shon TThe vehicle which I had reserved was not available, however the attendant promptly addressed the issue by asking if another option would fit my needs. I got a truck bigger than I needed but it has worked for me. Gracias.
Bryan Mi booked the 10' pickup and when i went next day to get the truck, the guy who handover the truck to me, he said to me fuel tank is full but i said i have to figure out it full or not so when i tried to full the fuel tank it was filled up to 11.38 Litre. and when i asked to that guy you told me fuel tank full so how it filled to 11.38 Litre extra. and above of all he said to me i can not give you money back for this 11.38 Litre exrta fuel, you have to call on helpline for getting back your money of this extra fuel filling. Lets see UHual will give my money back or not.
SAJID AVan was dirty . had to sweep out pine needles. i washed outside of the van when i returned it. it also needed an oil change. change oil light on.

James HI huge shoutout to Jettln who had everthing everywhere happen all at once - if it could go wrong, it did; If something could break it did; if a flock of Canadian Geese landed on the pumps and started filling Jerry Cans, he dealt with it, and got full payment; if a platoon of rebels arrived underfire to fill their tanks with snacks, Jettln took care of it with a smile and an easy grace. This guy is a freakin' hero and didn't even break a sweat. He is one of those people you see in action and WISH you had a job opening because you'd snatch him up in a New York minute. It's not often you see someone deal with such chaos so smoothly while effortlessly making sure every customer feels like they're the only person in the room. Nicely done! You are legend.
