Put a key drop box in the place. The place suppose close at 11:59pm, but I arrived 11pm and the place was closed and I need wait 40 minutes for someone in uhaul answer the phone and tell me to keep the key and drop off another day. Very bad experience.ISAAC D.

Convoluted pickup process... Even though I did all the required steps online, I still had to go into the shop to pick up keys, was about to be given the wrong truck until I double checked the license plate on my reservation, truck was not cleaned and had a receipt from previous renter in the cup holder (this is especially bad during COVID), the separating frame between driver and cargo space was bent in a way that gets in the way of the side doors closing (shop owner shrugged this off as no big deal). Just not the best experience with this rental. Not sure if I will rent again in future.Oleksiy Z.
websites indicate that they're open until 12am but they actually close at 9:30pm. for after hours drop off they don't have a key drop off box. so what's the point of dropping the truck off after hours if i have to go back to give them a key when they open?Christopher C.

There needs to be better policies for gas (this is not exclusive to this location but any time I have rented uhaul) The gas should always be topped up full before taking and none of this guessing stuff, I was told it was full when I left, so I filled it when I was done, and there was no way it cost $18 in gas for 9km total Other times I have rented it's been at odd spots like 1/4 and I had to try and guess what that was.. fix this policyDonald B.
Could give a five, just that the Guy did not practice social distancing and the Van was not cleaned and the odor inside was pretty bad. Not recommended especially in times of Covid-19.Loxlan K.

The service provider was polite and courteous. The service provider did not circle the vehicle with me or confirm the km. The interior of the cab was rather dirty and thought it would've been cleaned prior to each use, especially during Covid-19. When I went to return after hours, the U-Haul page would not allow me to share my location even though my location services were on. I was unable to continue with the mobile drop off due to this. Luckily the shop owner was still there and unlocked the store door and I gave him the key. I was also surprised to notice that a $15 fee was added for coverage, despite me selecting in the initial page that I declined and knew I was responsible for the 25k USD vehicle. I would use your service again, just a little disappointed this timeDon D.

The employee at this location who was renting the U-Haul van to me started by telling me that women are terrible drivers and men should be driving. He then tried to charge me for insurance even though I had already declined it. When I returned the van, the same employee accused me of not replacing the fuel used (I did, immediately prior to returning the van) and tried to charge me for fuel. The truck was disgusting and smelled like a horse, but I could have gotten over that had the woman at the store had any customer service skills at all. She was incapable of completing the order (my boyfriend had to get behind the counter with her to show her how to print - two separate times) and she was completely rude. She had him bring the dolly back inside but swung the door shut behind her so it slammed on his face when she knew he was behind him. The whole experience was really odd.Laura M.

The gentleman who ran the store in the early morning was extremely courteous and a great person to deal with overall. However, when we returned the truck. there was a lady working instead and she was not as easy to work with. When we had left with the truck in the morning, we were told by the man working that when we return it, to make sure it is parked in the exact same place that we found it - and if the spot is unavailable, to just park it in front of the store. So, I did just that. I returned the truck earlier than discussed and it was parked directly in the spot that I had taken it from. When I walked in to the store to pay and return the keys, the lady refused to take the keys and assist me. My boyfriend and I informed the lady of what we were told earlier that morning. The lady continued to argue with us that we needed to return the truck to a completely different location that was on the other side of town. Feeling very frustrated as this has already taken up much of my time on my moving day, I finally left the store to return it to the other location she insisted that it needed to be returned to. When arriving at the other location, they asked me where I had rented the truck from, and informed me that I must return it back to where it came from. I then explained the situation to the associate, and him and his other co-workers were very helpful and wonderful in resolving the situation. However, I still had to pay for the extra mileage that it took to drive all the way to the other location just because one lady did not want to take the return. Which is more of an annoyance than anything. Other than this, the truck was quite clean and well maintained - super comfy and new so there are a lot of nice features! Would definitely rent and recommend U-Haul again, I just would not recommend that location.Taylor O.

I did not find the "express" check-in that impressive and there was also a small dispute over whether I had bought the insurance. Don't let customers book trucks when locations are closed. I was unable to get my keys and therefore unable to use the U-Haul for my trip. I went to another U-Haul location to get a different truck. Costing me extra time and money. I am not happy with the online service that allowed me to book a vehicle in a location that would be closed.Alanah S.
Neither of the two sites that I rented the equipment from seemed to really know what they were doing and what needed to be done. The truck was pretty beat up and I did not get the number of blankets I had ordered (only got 6, and I had asked for 12) Overall I was very disappointed with the service and product I ended up renting, plus feel I should have been able to reduce the fee since I only used the truck for one day and not two...Stephane D.

Have a standard for which locations you contract with, 1165 oxford st E London Ontario continually rips people off, lies to them and makes very sexually and culturally offensive comments to guests. When I picked up the keys we agreed on 19.95 + mileage and no extra coverage as I was literally only moving across the street and the store is around the corner. This was clear I said it, he said it again confirming and my friend witnessed the whole thing. When we dropped the truck off my bill was well over 50 which made no sense, when I asked to see my bill he said to check my email, yet I had not received any emails! Hours later the email arrives saying I chose a 20$ coverage plan! It clearly is not the first time this happens and was not an accident. The middle aged man who owns the variety store also kept asking if we had girlfriends we could bring in to meet him, talking about getting girls pregnant and insulting the cultural and religious standards of Muslim people. It was very awkward, offensive and I can't belive I was deliberately lied to my face, I'm really disappointed with the service of this establishmentDajama Y.

I was told my pick up was at 4:30,mean while it was at 10:30 am. When my movers got to this location,my uhaul wasn't there. I spoke to someone named Mike,& was told it wasn't payed for,when I had paid for it a week earlier.I told him that I paid visa debit,&he told me that uhaul doesn't acccept that,&ues they do,as I had already paid. The staff MUST know what kind of payments they take,as well as looking better to see if it has been paid for,instead of arguing with the customer. ThankyouCarol L.
