The Just for Fun rep was fine... but after returning home with the truck to load it, we realized U-Haul had added in $56 rental insurance which we had opted out of when signing up on line. Our State Farm agent, who we called while signing up on line, said our coverage would cover that truck rental. SNEAKY of Uhaul to add it back in!

There were ashes in the floor of the cab of the truck. We did not get the hand-trucks we ordered. When I told the lady we did not have a the hand-trucks she said I needed to call uhaul. We had scheduled with Patricks in Winder which is where we usually have a much better experience and the hand trucks would have already been on the truck.

Because the details of the dropoff location were not mentioned at the time of rental, I initially drove to the wrong location - a location close to my house that I dropped a Uhaul trailer a week before. I called Uhaul and they directed me to drive to a location about 20 mins away. The location was not well marked and when I did find it after about 10 mins of extra driving, I found that it was a self-storage facility with a keypad entry. I called Uhaul, again, to get the code just to find out that they weren't accepting dropoffs. So I was given a new address and was told it was 2 miles away...it was 4 miles and I was annoyed. When I got to the final location I found that the owner of the place was very friendly and helpful. Just experience was a first for me with Uhaul. All other experiences have been great.

I rented a car hauler trailer. When the info was entered related to what I hauling on the trailer the system stated that it was not recommended. I worked all afternoon to get my PU truck on the trailer only to learn that the trailer was to short to haul my truck. WHY did the computer not say "your truck will not fit on the trailer rather than saying "NOT RECOMMENDED "? The people were very nice but when I explained the situation and outcome there was no offer or half back or anything off the rental. There should have been some notice stating that my tryck would not fit on the trailer. When the computer stated "NOT RECOMMENDED" someone knew why.

Walked in to the building and was greeted with “what do you need.” Stated I was there to pick up a 6 x 12 trailer and then I was told “I will be with you in a minute” and noticed the lady behind the counter painting her toenails. After finishing her talons, I paid for the trailer. I was then informed that I had to hook the trailer up by myself because she ‘didn't know how.' Come on U-Haul! Hire people that can handle the job they're being paid for. A Nail Technician shouldn't work there.

I received the wrong truck. I ordered and was charged for a 26' truck and received a 15' truck. It ruined my entire home move and cost me a ton of money. It took 20+ minutes to get the truck when I had already spent a ton of time with the express checkout. I do not recommend this location and would not use them again.

I was asked 3 times if I wanted insurance. I said no. I opted out on the site. I was still charged for it! And it can take up to 5 days to be be refunded! Yet it can be taken real quick. The truck had no rumning boards. I had a hell of a time getting in & out of truck. Truck sounded awful. Gentleman had a hard time using website to take payment. Spent 30 minutes trying to get the daggum thing! Never again will I use UHaul.

My first initial reservation was for 9/29-9/30. Today when I returned the truck they told me it was late and was due by 12pm? Just for fun has some 89 year old man that can't even run the system. He screwed up my reservation, didn't have my truck I reserved, couldn't cancel the duplicate payment he charged me. He kept calling some guy to ask what to do. It took one hour and 52 minutes to rent a uhaul from this man. Absolutely the worse!!! I wouldn't allow these people to rent trucks. I need someone to call me. 470-336-0385

The truck I reserve was not present. I was charged 3 different times on my card. The man at just 4 fun had no knowledge of the system. He kept calling someone on his cell. It took me 2 HOURS to get the uhaul keys in my hand and I am pissed!!! Not having the truck there ruined the day. I had to use two trucks. I also had to pay for two trucks since the one I reserved was not available!!!!!!!!! It put me two hours behind and I had paid movers to help. Very unsatisfied!

was told they would be open until 8:30, arrived at 8:24 and gate was locked. I then had to drive down the road to find a turnaround place. I then noticed the gate was open and the lady told me to drop the keys in the night box and she will close the gate when I leave. I put the same amount of gas as when we picked up.

I've been trying to reach them over the phone since truck was dropped off on Saturday and has not been able to reach them. I decided to take a look at there reviews and they are horrible for uhaul business. I personally believe that should not be a uhaul vendor if they are not going to respond or answer customers call.

How about actually showing the reservation as PAID so the location can SEE ITS PAID and not ask me to pay again because he can't print the contract. I did EVERYTHING RIGHT to check in and finalize my reservation including payment and uploading my drivers license, but the location said it did not show paid and made me fork over another $475, even when I proved it by showing him it cleared my bank account 3 days prior! He said he was unable to print the contract, it took over an hour for something that should have been ready and waiting when I arrived. I ended up being late to meet my movers, hired thru U-haul at $59 an hour!! Totally unacceptable!!

I called the reservation location and there was no answer. As a result the equipment that I reserved wasn't correct. This extended the process by 45 minutes and I was late picking up my equipment. This location suffers from major inefficiencies, and inappropriate political conversations.

The reason for the low rating is for the fact that the latch mechanism in the back of the trailer failed while I was transporting my merchandise and I lost my $150 hand truck and a box filled with merchandise on the road before I realized it, it was too late. I assureyou that I latched it properly I tested it to make sure that it lacks the however during my little test I came to the conclusion that the latch needs a little work done to it. It is a bit loose. But however other than that terrible experience, the inside was very clean.

Don't rent equipment that leaks! Repair it properly. Have employee at facility that knows how to complete UHaul rental. Don't have customer wait while you call someone to work to do paperwork. U-Haul representatives need to be professional represent UHaul not come to work. With us brushed hair and no bra, especially an obese lady. Very unprofessional.

Dropped off truck at 0853 on 6/11. Rep did very little to acknowledge we were dropping off the truck Said "leave the key on the desk" and that was it. Now we are being charged for an extra day that the receipt turn in was 0946. We have a picture with a date/time stamp showing the fuel level proving we turned it in on time / almost an hour earlier that rep put in the system. Not the customer experience we expect!!!!! Now I am on the phone / eternal hold trying to get a refund for the monies charged that should not have been

I did online check in that was supposed to “cut my time in half” I stood for an hour waiting to rent a car trailer. The trailer was in very poor shape. Straps broken, ratchets rusted and inoperable. Tires did not look healthy either. Very displeased with this experience.

The location was closed at the time of drop off. I placed the keys in the drop box. Thanks to the gentleman who showed up after hours. He was bringing a dog back. That's how I was able to drop the truck off. He was God sent.
