He did not say anything about an extra day fee, so when I saw it on my receipt it was an unpleasant surprise. Improve the way policies are described to customers.

JAMES T.I needed to return the truck early (after business hours) which was easy enough to do but I didn't have my phone on me and when I tried doing the online return later from home it prompted me to use the phones location to ensure it was in the right spot- but I was no longer there! The user should be able to pick a spot manually from a map rather than use the phones gps. I phoned in the return the following morning

CECILIA R.The Location was good. The U-Haul System was down and would not take any information. It took far longer than was required to process the transaction because of this. The U Haul agent who booked the reservation had no idea the location was closed on the day I required pick-up, the reservation was for the wrong amount of time that I booked for. I had to travel at least 30 min to pick up and drop off but drove past several other outlets that had the same equipment sitting on the lot. Very poor service from U Haul that was only made up for by the understanding of the agent at Junction Mini Storage, Not happy but there were no other options and the cost quoted for a 1 way rental of a trailer, almost 2100 dollars was unbelievable, especially to move 400km to a major center.. never again,

He then gave us a truck that was not cleaned - we physically had to use our own Lysol wipes in tge interior- absoluteky disgusting! Then, he swept out the back as it was covered in dirt and hay? The vehicle was in poor mechanical condition abs stalled twice while going downhill. If we are COVID positive as a result of this rental- we will let BC HEALTH know about the state of vehicles rented from your Ladysmith location.

ANTHONY E.James at Ladysmith was very efficient. A good experience. Duncan dealership on the other hand was terrible.Supposed to pick up there at 9 AM.Only one person staff. 10 customers doing pickup. Trailer had a flat tire and lights did not work. Finally got sent to Ladysmith 21/2 hours later.

The fellow in store offered to clean it but I was on a tight sceduele Also the gas in truck read 3/4 when it was closer to half full. I was not very pleased on my experience this time. I have always had other than this great trucks.

NO complaints on this end of the transaction as the people here ultimately did what was necessary to straighten out the previous mess. Service at this location was excellent.
Rob F.The link we were sent for the reporting of damage would not let us upload photos. We ended up leaving with the trailer having taken pictures before and after we picked up the trailer. This should be fixed for both customer and uhaul.

Took trailer back on sunday and no one was there. Left it in yard and then got a call on monday about not returning it. Lack of attention to details maybe.
