There was no person available to talk with. I prefer to talk with the employees over digital, and the fact that there was no one in or around the office when I dropped the truck off was concerning. The office itself was pretty dreary and somewhat discombobulated which didn’t lend to a welcoming environment.
Richard Wtruck was very dirty inside the cab and needed a wheel alignment badly. Brakes were bad too. I was too glad to return this vehicle safely. would not choose this location again.
TABBIE MI had no issues with the location - the manager there did her best to help me out. But reserving the truck was a NIGHTMARE. I did not get the truck I reserved (26 foot) or the location I reserved, but instead was assigned a 20' truck at a different location. I had to log in and call multiple times to even confirm that. Then, when I went to pick up the truck, all the U-haul computer systems were down and they could not check me out. I stood there for almost an hour, while my movers waited, simply to pick up the truck. Neither of these things are indicative of the location itself, who were helpful, but are huge problems with the U-haul system itself. I won't be using U-haul ever again because of these issues.

Daniel VUsing the app took a LOT of time. This truck was hard to drive and lacked cruise control, which is needed for a long drive. This is the third uhaul we rented in less than a month but certainly the worst experience.

Joshua WI was dropped off for my appointment at the agreed upon time but no one was there. When l called the 1-800 number l was told they were not opening until 3 hours later and l should get a ride- share back home. Then someone at the business next door said they would make some phone calls. About 45 minutes later the Uhaul operator showed up and took care of me very efficiently. The truck was fine. Your scheduling software needs to align with reality as opposed to fantasy.
Robert BSmall and UHaul seems to be a minor secondary part of this business but the staff was helpful. Even before opening hours, when the UHaul app couldn't find my location so I couldn't do the hands free pickup.

Douglas DMy wife showed up there first so she could take me home after I dropped off the Uhaul. She felt uneasy being there next to a gun shop and auto parts store with old looking cars. Also, some dude in a big white pickup truck showed up and asked if I had the key as I was doing the 24 hour checkout. Seemed weird(?). But he looked around and took the key somewhere on the property, then left. We thought he was going to take off with the key, but he didn't. I guess someone showing up and taking your key is standard protocol at this location. Whatever works.

Sebastian GI’m happy that the truck didn’t break down! Maybe just warn people better on how much of an online process that truly was. I picked up the truck and dropped it off without personally speaking to a single person from uhual. However during my time participating in the load share program I did speak to someone with uhual. I feel this process could be troublesome for a lot of people. I handled everything well but im sure not everybody could have said the same thing. Overall have to say I will be using uhaul again in the future. Safe travels!
Joshua TNot specific to this location but I booked a truck and supplies online for this location. I picked up my truck but they had no supplies even though they were paid for in advance and confirmed available. I had to go to another location down the road to get my supplies after picking up the truck, which was very inconvenient.
Mai NI can't think of anything to change. Service was excellent and prop.
Robert AThe cargo van was looking clean but there was a bad smell. It was something like sheep or some animal smell. I think they carried farm animals with it.

Joseph GMy only complaint wasn’t with either location but with the app my drop of destination changed from tx to IA when we had to add days do to move in date . Your customer service is top notch every one we had talked to was very kind and understanding most importantly helpful so only complaint is the app
Pamela BIf there were a way to include instructions in the reservation to utilize the adjacent parking area so as to not block other customers, I think that might be helpful.

Brenda MUpside was that the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Downside was that the website was consistently having issues, making it almost impossible to fill out the online form to return the truck. On top of that, the after hours return process is extremely long and convoluted. After our experience today we are discouraged from using uhaul for future moves. I want to be clear that our dissatisfaction is with uhaul itself, not this particular location or any employees that work there.

Arshad JWhen using the mobile pickup and drop off, it would not work and had to call support both times. They had to force the mobile pickup and drop off to be force to move forward. This whole process had my movers waiting in the am and wasting money and time. Not only is it the summer Texas heat but they charged by the hour. It was hoping to speak with someone about this experience. Not happy and won’t be a returning customer.

Sean HI arranged to pick up a truck at 9 am on-line but the facility did not open until 10 am. I wish I had been informed about the delay ahead of time so that I could have used my time more efficiently.

Bertha HI dropped the truck off during business hours, but the door was locked with a hand written sign saying they were short stafged and to call a certain number - nobody answered when I tried that. I used the app for drop off and that went fine.
