Not at all the fault of this location, but your app needs a lot of work. I tried taking the photo of the miles and fuel level over 20 times and the app failed to accept the photo each time. This is an unacceptable inconvenience and needs to be looked at by your technology team.Michael P.
So the stupid dolly came lose after I put gas in and was heading to return. I feel like an idiot for not using the dolly since I'm stuck paying $7 for a broken piece of plasticVERLON J.
It wasnt there fault but we reserved to pickup in Walnut Ridge Ar at 8:30. Friday morning. We got there and they had no trucks. We were sent to the Jonesboro location had to be there at 9:30. It messed our schedule up. No one called us and we made a unnecessary trip.RICKEY W.
I was scheduled to pick up a truck in a different location. I received a call the day before that our truck was to be picked up 90 mile away, 70 further than what was original quoted, the person I spoke with told me they would call around and see what they could find and call me back. After not hearing from anyone for several hours, I called back and spoke with 2 people to get a truck 40 mile away. we have rented a truck 3 times this year and have used uhaul twice this year, both times I have had issues with where the truck was to be picked up at. The other rental was a Penske 20' box, it was an upgrade since they didn't have the smaller truck at the location we rented from. My Experience with using Uhaul has not been one that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to rent at moving truck.STEVEN M.

The facility was nice but the location is in a kind of scary area of town. The drop off was fine. The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were just great! Very helpful and engaged.TERRI H.
Was told I had to have truck back by 11 am... Even though I had it booked for a 24 hour rental... Even showed them my confirmation email saying I didn't have to return until 4 pm... I was moving my entire family... This put us in real bind... This needs to be addressed... I picked up my truck at 5:15pm... Then had to return it by 11am the next morning... Had 6 hours cut off what I paid for... This is not good business... I will rent somewhere else next time...John I.

We had a flat in the same town we picked up in on the next day. 1st we were told it would be 90 minutes, then 60 minutes, then it started back over at 90 minutes. My husband sat waiting 4 1/2 hours for someone that was in a town 45 minutes from him to come fix the flat. It was ridiculous!!!THOMAS B.

Poor customer service. I did not run a U-Haul today, nor did I win one three months ago yeah I received an email receipt both times. My email address and phone number listed with someone else is completely different first and last name as well as address their account number with U-Haul and their card number. I called customer service and asked to be removed from their database and got nowhere with the local office however this is not at all confidential and I do believe customers would have a problem knowing their personal information is being shared to whoeverH H.

Bianca or Brittany (not sure which one, I missed her name, tall brunette) was excellent. She was doing a great job of handling several phone calls and a myself and two other customers well. She was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Just what I expect from customer service. I can't think of a single thing to do better except I needed a pipe wrench, to flip the ball on my hitch, and everything thing else was available. So I bought a hitch that was oriented the correct way for my truck. Again owas given good service to see if it would work prior to buying. So very happy overall.Brian H.

The customer service was good. However, maintenance was being done at this location and we spent most of our time with no lights. Also, concerned with the agent using her personal cell phone to take photos of drivers license. Are these images now on her phone? I rented a trailer in Wynne and the young guy hooked the trailer up to my truck, and a mile up the road the trailer cane off. To make a long store short, I went to Jonesboro got the same trailer and a young lady name Brittany was very knowledgeable of what she was doing and hooked the trailer up with no problems. Brittany Williams extended herself beyond what i believe most would do in this day in age to resolve my problem in a quick, cordial and professional manner. My drop-off location was not open and the security fencing around that facility prevented my client drop-off / check-in. I found the location Brittany worked, called and asked if i could drop of my trailer with her. She said she couldn't pull it up and suggested i self drop-off / check-in. When i explained i could get on site to self drop-off / check-in. She said she would see and call me back. Before i could finish a breakfast sandwich i had with me, she had made her call and called me back. On a day that wasn't looking promising, she spent extra effort to provide assistance that i was in desperate need of.... Thank you Brittany...HowardCharles M.
