The service was very professional and all of my rental truck needs were met. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a truck.

Cora PEl sistema de conexion con interfax de uhal muy lenta en tienda y el proveedor no sabia como procesar mi reserva, realizo cargos inmediatos a mi tarjeta de credito y adicional me cobro en efectivo el alquiler del dolly porque no pudo cargar el que tenia ya programado en mi reserva. Me obligo a entregar el camion en otra ubicacion el cual no me aceptaron y volvi a la tienda lo que me hizo generar mas millas innecsarias
Nelson MI attempted to use the 24/7 app for pickup at this location but was unable to. The agent at this loction had a keyed lock on the truck rather than the combination lock so there was no truck key available. I attempted to get the agent to assist but he did not understand the 24/7 app and initially was not helpful. I had to call customer service, they contacted the agent and they got the issue resolved after some delay and inconvenience . The original location I had selected for pickup, was closer to the move site but due to truck availability, UHaul had me go to this location for pickup. If UHaul is going to promote the 24/7 app please educate agents to have and use the appropriate key equipment
Ron Hgas was already 1/4 of a tank. i was not able to view my receipt due to poor connection inside the store. when i opened my receipt the following day and found out i was charged for $30 safe move coverage that I never ordered and agreed. i was cheated on. I was late for 2 hours and was charged for the whole day. please, i would like to request for refund $30 and pro rate for the 2 hours. thank you

jorge pThe truck started smoking and almost broke down once I got it to the storage. Then when I returned it with a half a tank of gas which is how much was in it when I took it they sent me a receipt saying it was under a half a tank by 3 gallons and charged me $18 and some change , def will not be renting from that location again. And hopefully uhaul returns my $18 before Sunday cause I was going to rent another truck from them like I had been doing for the past 4 weeks but if they let these crooks get away with this I will not be doing business or recommending their business going forward. I hope they make this right.
Jayson HStunk, and the truck was so super old!!! The attendants were so not helpful. I was not able to properly verify my final bill. I hope i am not desperate enough to go back there.

Jesus PTeceived a text tellling me to pick up at this location instead of where I reserved truck. Took 45 minutes to get truck, between other customers coming in and the clerk leaving me to ring them up. Then there was a Lock on back door took the guy 20 minutes to find the key. The heater didn't work and truck has an exhaust leak as well

Joseph OI reserved a truck at one location and when I came back to pickup, I was told to go to a different location. The person who I picked the truck up from didn't have all my info. I was quoted at reservation $101. When I picked up my fee was $162. I felt like I got gouged!!!

Ronata DHorrible experience. I will never go back to this location! Staff was unattentive & ignorant. Didn't have equipment I paid for. The gas gauge was less than 1/4 full. I had to drive farther than quoted just to pick up the truck in another town. That was not taken into consideration. It was awful!!!

Aloha BI reserved a 17' truck with a dolly at a uhaul location. I later got an email that my pick up location will be at a liquor store. When I get ti the liquor store, the check out took too long and they didn't have any dollys. I then I had to go to a different uhaul just to rent a dolly which required me to make another reservation which again took way too long. Very disappointed with Uhaul. Probably won't use your rentals again!!!!!

Edgardo FThe person who was at the gas station was rude. He helped so many people and did not want to help me. He said that I have to wait and he started helping people on the grocery side. I told him it's taking long time and I am getting hungry and I asked whether I can leave the key and go he said I cannot do it but have to wait. Then he took more time. When I ask again he said it's my loss if I leave. You should revoke the uhaul status for this place as it is the most in professional place I have ever come across.

OMAR AEven I uploaded my documents through the online check in. The clerk had to send me a link to upload my i.d. several times. I had to step out of the venue to access internet and had to do this several times until he was able to access it on his end. He had customers for his liquor store coming in and interrupting him assisting me. It took about an hour for him to finally get me the keys and when I checked the car and informed him of the check engine light, he didn't know what that meant and told me to call u-haul directly. It was beyond frustrating and a total waste of time!
Brenda RThe u haul was dirty and nasty.. we drove it home 1 mile away filled it drove it 10 miles and it broke down didn’t even have it 2 hours and the store said it ran when we left we got a jump and got it to start and took it back still was changed over $70 for a u haul that we had for a couple hours that was broke down .. won’t go back there again
PAUL MI specifically stated when I made the reservation that I did not want insurance. My reservation was somehow changed to having insurance, for which I was charged. I believe this was due to a communication issue with the store. I will rent elsewhere if I elect to continue renting from Uhaul.

Earnie SClean the vehicle's interior not just the cargo area. The interior smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and the were ashes and food crumbs on the floor. I cleaned and vacuumed the vehicle's interior before returning it. Also the exterior of the vehicle was very dirty and I washed it as well before returning it.
ALBERT CHave a separate option for a truck that has blankets. When marking "ready for next guest" as no (because the truck had blankets) I've been charged $25. I would like the fee removed and I would suggest looking into how to separate the two options.
JACKSON HRented a 15' Haul and managed to move all the furniture in one load.I put a total of 15.3 miles on it. Prior to driving it off the lot I inspected the vehicle and took a picture of the gas gage. It showed that it was just under the full mark. When I returned it, I put 3 gallons of. gas and the gage was above the original reading, but not to the top. The rep inferred that I didn't put enough gas if any at all and asked me if I had any proof. That pissed me off. I managed to pull out the picture of the gage from the app and showed it to him. He then asked if I showed the picture to the rep that I picked it up from and I didn't since I recorded it to the app. I ended up giving him an additional 6 dollars in cash. I didn't want to argue with the guy cause it was hot, I was tired from the move and wanted to get home and cool down. I like your product and would recommend it to everyone but I would tell them to stay away from the Jolly King site. Bad customer service there.
Peter OThe man behind the counter was extremely rude I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul at 10 I was there about 9:50 I didn’t get out I didn’t get out of there until 11 1130 with the truck Every time a customer came in while he was waiting on me he would stop and take care of the customer while he was waiting on me he would stop and watch the class to make sure they didn’t steal every time a customer came up to the counter to purchase something else liquor store he would stop waiting on me and tell me I had to wait until he finished all his customers another couple came in to rent a U-Haul they start complaining because he kept stuck waiting on me to take care of the customers in the store they got an argument a couple said it wasn’t even fair for me to be waiting that mall and they wouldn’t gonna wait that long so I guess they call corporate office or somewhere and they sent them to another place to pick up a truck when I called to rent the U-Haul the lady was very nice to me she told me that was the only U-Haul left in any facility anyway I got extremely poor service he mayWait why are you waiting on other customers he have my nephew go outside to one of the trucks in front pull the truck up bring the key back park it someplace special all the stuff that as a customer we’re not supposed to do it all I don’t think he needs to run the U-Haul part along with his liquor store extremely poor service I would love to hear from you And I don’t think I should be charged at all if I need money back and no I will never go to his place ever again I’ve run a U-Haul’s before this man should not be in the U-Haul business along with the store especially by his self and he wouldn’t pull up his mask When I went to take the truck back which he told me I had to be there at 8 o’clock in the morning to bring the truck back which really I had till 10 he was by his self thank God he still didn’t have a mask up and when I respond I said to him could you pull your mask up his response was I have my two shots anyway I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service that I received and my nephew didn’t understand why he had to do any work at all he needs a lease if someone else in there with them Thank you for your immediate attention very unsatisfied customer

Andrew WI made the reservation for 12pm. I missed a text at 7am the day of the rental that it was moved to 3:30pm. I tried to pick up at original time not aware of the change, and wasted my time as well as my girlfriends mothers who gave me a ride there. I had friends lined up to help with the move based on the original rental time and that got messed up because of the change. Before going to pick up the truck at 3:30 I checked in online thinking it would expedite the pick up process. It didn't. I still had to go through the whole process at the rental location, which to over 30min. Thankfully I asked if the appliance dolly that I requested was in the truck already. It wasn't because they had no record of my request even though it was on the online site. The reason I chose this location is because it said online that a 12pm pickup was an option. If it wasn't I would have gone somewhere else. It's extremely inconvenient to have the pickup time changed less than five hours before the time I requested and the fact i was notified at 7 in the morning by text when I was asleep is a poor way to do business.

PERRY LThe clerk who rented the truck on Saturday May 1 was inexperienced and lacked knowledge to perform efficient rental.. The manager apologized on return of the truck and explained this clerk was new. They should not offer service if they are not trained. The manager reduced the gas charges and offered free dolly rental, but it was not what we needed. We needed efficient service.

DONALD CI spent 30-45 minutes both picking up and returning the equipment. Also, they told me it would be a $60 hold on my car, which ended up being $100. Then they couldn't figure out how to refund me so they told me I could go home and I'd get my refund and email confirmation, which never came. My total was much less than $100 and I've still not gotten my refund! This is ridiculous .

Jason BOnly one person working in a liquor store. Would stop to wait on customers before checking me out which took a long time. He was not familiar with the checkout procedure and I had to call U-Haul to explain to him how to close out my transaction.
Robert WI don't know why I was sent to Fairfield; I was trying to rent a truck in Vallejo. Also I overfilled the gas, should have returned it at 1/4 level, but ended up at 1/2 level. There should be some credit for this! Gracias.

Deanna FThe man who ran it had me put in all the information, didn't give my a key to the padlock on the back, when I returned he blamed me for not giving him enough time when my husband stayed and made a purchase 15 min after the keys to the ignition were in my hand. To make matter worse once I was leaving he grabbed my left fore arm which has been in recovery for second and first degree burns. At that point I went to my car where he began banging on my driver side window while my friend was on the phone with a representative of Uhaul. My friend handled the man outside my vehicle. It wasted an hour and a half . Then come to find out that the gas gage wasn't working properly after putting 45 in without having the needle register.

RAUL RI got the truck on empty. Somebody has been living in the back of the truck. We found trash , pizza box and bunch of dirty clothes in back. The truck smelled like cigarettes. The place I originally ordered the truck from changed the time. After I turned the truck in I get a charge of 122 dollars for not refueling when I put more fuel then I received it. Worst rental I ever had. I am ex military and moved a lot. I will not come recommend service from this company at all. Stay away from uhaul.

Joseph Lthe person did not know what he was doing..too way too long to check in... the check engine light was on for almost the whole trip...we added 1.5 quarts of oil prior to starting, and windshield fluid also
JOANN KI told the guy at the register that I was here to pick up the U-Haul and his response was rudely "I don't know what your talking about" then I found another worker who helped me. He then pushed for me to get insurance which I did not want, he was treating me like I was going to take the U-Haul for a joy ride as he emphasized how important It was that I was safe with the vehicle. I don't need a lecture from the guy I'm picking up the keys from. Thanks.
Kyle DAgent deliberately added on safe move fees knowing that it was not on the reservation. And when I called into customer service I waited for over 35 min for someone to answer the phone. Terrible service.

Mike STo tell Aaron that when he makes a promise you should keep it to the customer. And because Aaron told me I may pick up the truck early at no charge, that cost me $54 extra. A very unprofessional thing to do. I am getting a copy of the transcript of our conversation and will be disputing the charge.
