Limited available help. This location had limited hours however when I tried calling the 1-800 number for help - no one could give me a straight answer. I was told I’d be charged extra fees (which was out of my control), very frustrating experience. Fortunately when it was all said and done, I didn’t get charged extra fees. Unnecessary stress - all for nothing. I feel that if I used U-Haul again, I will avoid the app at all cost. Dealing with a person directly makes it much easier.

Harold BrownActually be at the site to help customers. I had a hard time getting the lock off to get the key, had to ask someone passing by for assistance. Was told the location closes at 12 got there at 11:30 door was already locked, no one to help had to call customer service 5 times. When I called they sounded like I was bothering them. Worst experience getting a u-haul, the whole experience from beginning to finish was frustrating to say the least.

Was there for over twenty minutes till I called a friend and they had to come over to help. No where to get help. I also only had for 3 hours and nobody told me that you only do 6 hours. As a first time renter better communication would have been appreciated. I spoke to the gentleman the night before and he told me it was easy. I guess when it’s your job it would be easy but not so

When I was calling U-Haul telephone line about extending my rental for a few hours the operator was but very friendly and sounded as if she was giving me a big favour. The truck is not fuel efficient. For 260km to had to put $100 in gas to refuel to the needed level.

mark dubrajWe locked the keys of the truck inside when we went to take a picture of the mileage/ gas reading. We were at our drop off location. Called roadside assistance and they said it would cost us $210 extra. I thought the 16$ extra fee was for roadside assistance. Such a simple thing and couldn't help.
Sandra GrantWorst experience with customer care and transaction was not clear. I reserved a 26 feet truck near my home and got a 20 feet 30kms away from my home, not fair!! I had to pay extra for something which was Uhaul’s fault. Customer care needs to change their attitude towards helping customer and not being so defensive about something when it goes wrong.

Samuel RawsonI booked the $19.95/day rate but was charged a different rate. I am pleased with the service I received and have no concerns with the rate charged. Perhaps just some awareness at the time of pick up that if the rental period/mileage falls outside of the rate booked, what that might entail. Again, it was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to return to U-Haul next time and would recommend to friends and family. Keep up the great work!

Levi DavidCar needed an oil change (light was on as soon as Wel tinted it on), had just over half a tank of gas, RPMS while coasting were 3000. The login /set up info should have been done the day before, had to stand in the rain filling out all the questions. Lock didn’t work, had to ask staff for help. They said that happened all the time. The person at the uhaul place was nice and helpful.
