This location needs to be investigated and shut down. I was falsely accused of causing damage to a vehicle. I was charged several hundred dollars unknowingly. I've been renting from uhaul for years and this was my first and worst experience. I rented with cash not a debit card and something happened where I had to keep the truck for an extra day. I got a call from Jenns furniture and I explained to him something happened that wasn't expected, but I'll be there to pay in cash. I was threatened multiple times by them, about them reporting the truck stolen, even though I explained that I was at work and I would be there as soon as possible. I hated the way I was treated and I'd never rent from them again.janien S.

Terrible, I walked in and the guy at the desk is talking to his friend about Police escorting him out of the DMV and eating soup off the counter while whiping his nose with his hand and touching my card. No bullsh!t, the truck was dusty and stunk, windshield was dirty af and the gas was on E. Not to mention when I arrived they didn't have a dolled that I reserved and so I wasted time trying to find one. 2 days later I get my bill and I'm over charged for clean fee and after hours fee. $50 overBryan M.

I think they double booked the time for us to pick up a U-Haul we picked it up at 3:00pm and had to have it back by 5 o'clock for 2 hours which we know that you're going to have those U-Haul all day if you want it if you pay but we had to hurry up and get it back by 5 o'clock I don't think that was fair .Sheeva C.
Charged entirely too much money, returned truck the same day but still haven't received my deposit. Called my bank and my bank said that's between myself and the merchant. This location is so janky!!!! Y'all need to stick to selling that old ass furniture!! I will be there tomorrow because at this point y'all need to just give me cash!!!!katie S.

The inside of the car was absolutely filthy. Sticky surfaces, covered in dirt and grime, and something had obviously been spilled. There were drip marks leading down the outside of the cup holder, where a sticky substance had been spilled and then attracted a lot of dirt and grime to the surrounding surfaces. I paid far, far too much money to be using a sticky truck. As a repeat customer, I was deeply unsatisfied and I don't think I'll be using U-Haul again, given the expenses I paid for a disgusting, unmaintained equipment.Darryn E.

they charged us for an after hours return fee - when they told us we could return it anytime. no mention of a fee. i tried to speak with someone about this, kept getting put on hold and no return phone call. the truck wasn't available when it was promised. they were upset with the communication between myself and the over the phone Uhaul corporate people. they were cooking eggs and bacon on a hot plate behind the register when we came the first time to pick up the truck. the truck we received smelled like someone had been smoking weed in it.Vanessa B.
The customer service at this location is amazing, uhaul is horrible when it comes to this whole 24/7 lockbox entry through the app, over lapping reservations and not answering calls. I went to pick up the key out the lockbox and it was gone already. I need my $50+ guarantee credit especially after settling for a smaller truck after a hour of technical difficulties with the company and this app. Customer service is joke.. hung up on me twice and the chat had me on hold for 1 hour and 30mins, I have screenshots.Vanisha S.

The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment at hand. I spoke to someone from the Sharonville U-Haul location I believe and they told me I couldn't use a debit card as the FAQ section said I could. I was about to cancel my reservation until the gentleman in person asked "are you using a debit or credit card." I will recommend this location to friends and family, and will assure to come back here for my moving needs.Justin P.

You need to throw early check the truck after every person has dropped it off so that someone else isn't blamed for someone else's mistakesveronica D.
It took 1 hour to get access to lockbox info and then the key wasn't in box. Called customer service offered no accommodation other than to go to another location approximately 10 miles away. After 20 minutes of complaining keys to another truck were available at first I was told no I couldn't use other truck. Manager finally approved, I get truck return around midnight and had more issues while trying to drop off. I don't believe I drove 18 miles then spent 30 minutes taking the same picture of dash for app to continue to not accept photo keep in mind I'm in deserted parking lot at midnight. Call customer service was on hold another 20 minutes for the rep to tell me use browser website instead of app. I was so upset I literally cried driving home Christina C.

The truck had a check engine light on, barely had gas in it, and it didn't have the dolly that I paid for. I only got 4 hours to use the truck and I got a phone call about taking the lock with me and for me to bring the lock back, but I was all the way out somewhere moving stuff. No one gave me information on what to do with the lock. I will only get my truck from the Sharonville location from here on out.Destini J.

The young man at the counter was very pleasant to work with. He was very accommodating in getting the unit we needed and took care of us very quickly. It's been over three weeks and still haven't received my money back. I was told three different stories first one that it would go back on my card by business worker we rented it from, than called uhaul and was told it will be another week that one of them will be put back on my card and that I will also receive a check in the mail. Now it's going to be on the 4th week and I haven't received any money back. I have used uhaul company before and I always received my money back in a day or two I never had this problem before!!!!Lisa K.
