The young man at the counter was very pleasant to work with. He was very accommodating in getting the unit we needed and took care of us very quickly. Drop off was very easy as well, they took the keys looked it over and we went on our merry way. I would use them the next time I need to rent a truck.Tim W.

It's been over three weeks and still haven't received my money back. I was told three different stories first one that it would go back on my card by business worker we rented it from, than called uhaul and was told it will be another week that one of them will be put back on my card and that I will also receive a check in the mail. Now it's going to be on the 4th week and I haven't received any money back. I have used uhaul company before and I always received my money back in a day or two I never had this problem before!!!!Lisa K.

I used this location before a few times but I very disappointed on this rental the truck I was given to use was dirty and muddy . I was glad I filled out the check out rental form and snap pictures of the truck before I took it off the lot because they were trying to charge me extra for return a dirty truck and not filling the gas tank to it's original setting when I pick it up.so glad I had taken pictures before I left and the time indicated when they were taken . I will not be recommending that particular location.WILLIS C.

We first had a reservation for a truck at bramble towning for 9am went to pick up truck no one there called was told everyone was on a truck someone would be there in 15 min .. the never showed up . Poor service all around.. we then came Jens furniture to see if they had a truck they said yes to my info and had the truck ready for me when I got there all in less then 20 minutes great service all around from Jens furnitureCHERYL S.

The truck was on empty when we picked it up. If it had been full we could have just replaced the gas we used. Instead we put in $50 because we didn't know how much we would need. They said to return it with a quarter tank and they would give us a $20 credit but they definitely came out ahead by giving it to us on empty.DARLENE P.

Make it abundantly clear that the customer will be responsible for gas mileage, and refueling. This is especially unlcear if customer pays for mileage, and then receives a truck that is mostly empty of fuel. It is inane to be charged for an enpty truck when it was received as so.Matthew H.

The entire experience was terrible. I reserved my U-Haul for six hours but had to make reservation changes which made me have to change the size of the truck I got. They was no Inspection done prior to leaving the pick up location and when we were about to start our trip across town we found there was a nail in the back passenger rear tire that was causing a slow leak. Which had already been there for quite a while based on the size and quality of the rim. when I called Jen's furniture to see if we could bring the truck to fill the tire at least, she explained that all I could do was call the 1-800 U-Haul number for assistance, there was no concern nor was there any type of empathy given being that I had already had issues with my reservation prior to getting the truck. I had to use a personal pump air and fill the tire myself, which added time to the move and caused the people helping to spend more time assisting us. The tire was at 26 psi when the pump was put on and we got it to about 47 psi WHICH is still under that correct amount of pressure. I have pictures and video of the tire before and after as well. This entire experience was unprofessional and handled completely wrong. If we had not checked the tire before pulling off who knows what would have happened. I don't see myself ever getting a U-Haul from this company again. Jen's furniture displayed pure negligence of their inventory.TONI S.

Parking lot was creepy as hell, truck didn't include the additional moving supplies I paid for, app failed over and over upon checking truck in. No support option, a call line with hour-long wait times doesn't count. Moving service endorsed by uhaul is a joke. Moving is stressful and uhaul made it so much worse.David S.

This location is about as basic as it gets but the truck I ordered was available and ready when I came in. Not a great neighborhood but easily accessible. The lack of cell reception in the area made on-line check-in impossible, and the dashboard photo requirement after locking the truck and depositing the keys was a bummer. A more practical approach would be to place a notice to the customer taped to the steering wheel. I was seriously worried that I would be overcharged for the vehicle.ROLF L.
