I picked up the tow dolly in jasper. I was suppose to pickbup the truck here also but they did not have one available. I had made a reservation 3 months in advance. Very disappointed that it was not available and I had to drive further to get it

KYLE ANTHONY S.Location and service where excellent from the Jasper rental facility. My biggest complaint is no jack stand for the tongue of the trailer. Without this it makes it extremely difficult to remove the trailer from hitch. And very strenuous on a person to lift. Very poor design by not providing this as a standard

Badger F.Jasper Sales and Rental was very easy to work with. We were unable to pick up on our scheduled time and they made it so we could pickup after hours. If I ever need to rent a U-Haul again this is where I will go.
Timothy M.Very early hours, and when I went online to return, website and ap couldn't find my order to allow me to return. Had to drive 2 hrs each way next morning to turn truck in. In all figure I lost a minimum of 9 hrs, $60 in gas and another 300 tied up waiting for return.
MATTHEW S.Keep me informed of what's going on. Changes were made to my pick up location without me being informed. I got to my set location and there was no truck there. Luckily, the owner JD was a big help in making sure I got a truck. Moving is stressful enough, but not being able to when you've already made plans for a move is aggravating. I went with uhual because usually it's convenient, but this was a rough experience. I also was not able to speak to an agent while I was trying to figure out why and how my reservation got screwed over without any type of notification. This has been my worse uhual experience

Even tried to call to let them know the blankets I requested were not available and asked for a call back... of course, no call back. Extremely disappointed!!!

Corporate U-Haul representatives confused me with unneeded phone calls and emails. Corporate U-Haul also invalidated one contract I made with local dealer (very confusing).

James M.The man at the store was very friendly and helpful. Issue with online pickup: I had originally set up my order for a different location in Jasper Indiana (which would be open till 6pm on Saturday). But later I got a call from uhaul saying the truck wouldn't be available at that location, and so the person on the phone switched me to a different location in Jasper, which is only open till noon. I wasn't sure if I would be able to make it by noon, so (if I recall correctly) the person asked if I would like to be set up for 24hr pickup, and I said sure. Well, when I got to the location, I tried a lot of ways to pay for my order online, but the system kept asking me for a password -- but I had never set up a password. Fortunately, I arrived before noon, so I was able to complete the transaction manually - I but I would have been stuck if I was there later than the closing time!
