The people that did U haul was already out for the day. But there was another worker there that showed me what i needed to do with the keys. Nice guy.

Michael MThe 26’ truck ran well and did a great job. It did have a taped up hole in the front top left corner of the truck body that caused some leakage. Luckily no damage to our household goods. Also appeared to have a very loud exhaust. Otherwise happy with the whole experience.

JAMES GI picked up the tow dolly in jasper. I was suppose to pickbup the truck here also but they did not have one available. I had made a reservation 3 months in advance. Very disappointed that it was not available and I had to drive further to get it

KYLE ALocation and service where excellent from the Jasper rental facility. My biggest complaint is no jack stand for the tongue of the trailer. Without this it makes it extremely difficult to remove the trailer from hitch. And very strenuous on a person to lift. Very poor design by not providing this as a standard

Julio EMake sure gas is correctly 3)4 full when I picked it up they said it was 3/4 full and it was only half and needed to be 3/4 full when brought back so I had to an excessive amount of gas in to only use the U-Haul for less then a 20 mile trip

Badger FJasper Sales and Rental was very easy to work with. We were unable to pick up on our scheduled time and they made it so we could pickup after hours. If I ever need to rent a U-Haul again this is where I will go.
Timothy MVery early hours, and when I went online to return, website and ap couldn't find my order to allow me to return. Had to drive 2 hrs each way next morning to turn truck in. In all figure I lost a minimum of 9 hrs, $60 in gas and another 300 tied up waiting for return.
MATTHEW SKeep me informed of what’s going on. Changes were made to my pick up location without me being informed. I got to my set location and there was no truck there. Luckily, the owner JD was a big help in making sure I got a truck. Moving is stressful enough, but not being able to when you’ve already made plans for a move is aggravating. I went with uhual because usually it’s convenient, but this was a rough experience. I also was not able to speak to an agent while I was trying to figure out why and how my reservation got screwed over without any type of notification. This has been my worse uhual experience
