Bad app. When reserving a trailer, the system adds a handcart and a dozen blankets by default. When you remove them, it won't save. So you're unable to continue with the reservation. Ultimately you have to call the location and do it by phone, which defeats the purpose of the app! Very frustrating!!Leonardo C.

Rented dolly from creechs garage trailer lights didn't work was sent out with it anyway it was brought back way before it was due back my card was charged again for fifty dollars cause he put in the computer that I brought it back the next day later now I have to go out and withdraw all my money off my card so it won't be hit again customer service told me they would review the case by looking at the surveillance cameras to see if I brought it back when I said I did that's fine if he even has cameras but it very professional and greedy of this place to do this to me and if I do get my money back on my card customer service told me it would take up to 7 to 10 business days to do so this is wrong on so many levels it's changed how I feel about uhaul cause I have rented from You numerous times to be done like thisROGER B.
The business man we rented a U-Haul from was very nice. We were so thankful to find him as U-Haul reps we spoke with on the phone were Very Rude and sent us on a wild box trailer chase from 1 town to the next only to find No One at these places to even rent us a box trailer. Multiple trailers available but No One to run the U-Haul rental business. We were left hanging and the U-Haul rep took it upon herself to cancel our reservation for the trailer because No one was there to rent one to us. We had made reservations in Indiana to pick one up in Tennessee to bring a custom built kitchen table, bench and chairs back to Indiana. Thank goodness I have a brain and found another u-Haul place that U-Haul wasn't even aware of. What kind of people are running U-Haul when they don't even know where customers can get their trailers and trucks. Told me the U-Haul place was closed in New Tazwell Tn. And that I'd have to go all the way to Knoxville after they called me the day before and rerouted me to maynardville to pick one up only to get there and No One to rent it to us. when there was another business right there in New Tazwell that also rented U-Hauls. Wish I'd of got the reps name that was so rude, not that it would have done any good. We live in a different world today then the one I grew up in. Very sad !!!!!!!LORA D.

I've spoken to the area mgr for your company. My contract has the incorrect name ...Tracy Fultz. The reservation was made online, by me, Darlene Hall. John Hall listed as the driver. The mgr told me he will issue a $30 credit to my credit card. First experience and it was an ordeal. Since the wrong name is on the contract,we spent over an hour trying to return the uhaul, since it wouldn't let me login to the acct.TRACY F.

The older man that was in the shop was extremely rude. On the website, it listed noon as an option to pick up a trailer. When we went to the shop, he was very hateful and told us that he closed at noon and we should have been there sooner. We had no idea that the shop closed as the website listed the all the available times. He did not even show us where the trailer was parked. Had rental for 2 days was charged for 9. Called to get it taken care of and was told he knew nothing about it and gave me a number to call. I spoke with Linda in customer service and got it taken care. Would not recommend this place.Sandra W.

When we went to pick up truck, the computer was down and they couldn't get program to run.Ended up using Our phone to check in. Got keys to truck and no one went to show us how everything worked. Truck was very dirty inside and out. Mud on floor boards. We took pictures of the truck. Could not get back to open and had to get someone to help us. The dolly we rented was not in the truck. They had to search for a dolly. Our destination drop off in Knoxville changed due to heavy snow coming down. The staff at the modified drop off destination were wonderful and courteous in letting us drop it at their location.Sharon J.

Personnel was not trained well on returning or anything to do with U-Haul. Drop off was at a mechanic shop which was cluttered, no desk area. Personnel did not seemed to be concerned if we returned merchandise or not. Very shady looking.Rachel M.

Have a recording answer phone when no one is there. If hours are set abide by them. Multiple drop offs found no one there and no one to answer phone. Even though store hours say open.Philip S.

I booked and paid for our uhaul online and when we arrived the man said â€œit don't work that wayâ€ and started the process all over again and ran our card again which resulted in me being charged double. When we got into the uhaul it was on E, we were only moving 4 miles so we moved in 1 single trip, but We filled the tank to where we were SUPPOSE to fill it when we dropped it off and he said he needed more money for gas and took $5.00 cash from us as well. We will NOT use this location again to rent a uhaul from.Faith D.
THE CAB OF THE TRUCK WAS FILTHY AND HAD TRASH FROM MCDONALDS IN IT. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. THE AMOUNT OF GAS THAT WAS DOCKED ON OUR RECEIPT WAS NOT CORRECT THERE WAS LESS IN THE TANK BUT MADE SURE WE FILLED IT UP TO WHAT WAS ON OUR RECEIPT DISAPPOINTED!!KIM B.

First time dealing with this location. I just dropped a trailer off. Easy to find. Easy to drop off. I dropped off after hours, but called the next morning to make sure they were aware, and they had already handled it. I'd use the again.Edward D.
Arrival at jack creech garage , no one seemed happy to see me , I was informed that the uhaul I rented was EMPTY! â€œHopefully you make it to the gas stationâ€ was actually spoken. Seems like the garage should have addressed the no gas issue and if they had they would have found out what I did after pumping $100 worth of gas and getting up the mountain to help my father in law move .... the previous renter damaged the bottom of the gas tank and Ill repaired it. Gas was leaking everywhere. Uhaul did take care of the problem however I lost 17 hours of my rental and had to drive 60 miles round trip to get a new truck. This was a horrible rental, perhaps I will try Ryder or Penske next time.Jeffrey R.

I'd take this garage's contract from him, he is barely capable of communicating elements of the rental and didn't even have everything I ordered from Uhaul. I reported this through the 800 number, and was told I would receive a credit for the cost of the missing item and a credit for having to clean our own truck (it was filled with water and we had to spend about 30 minutes getting all the water out). I have no idea if we were credited as we paid up front.Jeffrey C.

When I went to drop off the rental on a Friday at 10:30 am, there was no one at the designated drop off location. I put the key and copy of the contract in the designated U-Haul drop box, took photos of me putting the key in the drop box and of the truck in the parking lot. I repeatedly tried calling the number on the contract, but could never get an answer. I received an email the next day billing me for an extra day of rental stating that I didn't return the truck until Saturday. I sent an email explaining the situation. I arrived and the owner of the garage was on his smoke break with two other employees. When I asked for help attaching the trailer to my vehicle, Jack Creech told me â€œWe've been working all morning and we're on our break right now.â€ This is not an acceptable to speak to paying customers. I had to go out and try to attach the trailer myself. The owner was more concerned about getting on his computer and completing the sale rather than making sure I had the right ball hitch to attach the trailer. I had to refuse to give my credit card until he helped me in order to get the point across. I would NEVER use this location again.Matthew P.

The truck was filthy. The back was so dirty I had to clean it before putting my furniture in it. The front was filled pet hair and a chewed up tennis ball. Couldn't believe UHaul rented a truck to us in that condition. Appalling. Was then charged a cleaning fee for someone else's dirt. Had to visit drop off location again to get the fee reversed. We don't even own a pet. Jack needs to make sure he cleans the trucks before renting them.Katherine B.
