Oscar LNot a horrible experience, but once again my check in wasn’t seamless (key was not in the van so I had to walk back to the office to get it). Also, the van wasn’t horrible but there was some trash in it.

Cora WStaff was very friendly and helpful. They were dealing with a computer system outage when I arrived to pick up my rental which delayed me by about 15 mins. They extended my time at no charge much more than I needed which was a nice gesture. I would certainly rent here again.

samara iI would not recommend uhaul to my friends and family due to inaccurate billing that charged me $108 over my actual bill. I was unnecessarily for fuel and mileage. Due to incorrect entry from staff I was billed for 132 miles whereas I only drove it for 45 miles. Uhaul lack of process and sloppiness to return my money has made me loose trust in the company

Ryan MI arrived at my location w/ reservation on Saturday am to be told there was no truck for me, to go to another location further away from my move and paid crew. I went there, stood in line 10 mins or more, was treated poorly and then told there was no truck there either altho I could see plenty of trucks and told to call Uhaul #. They sent me even farther away to a different town. Now I can finally get a truck, but I am 20 miles away and 90 minutes late to my own move! I am pissed and have to pay extra wages and extra gas! 0 stars for Uhaul on this move.

Aracelis UThis was a tricky move that required two sizes of trucks over two days, back to back. Lisa did a fantastic job coordinating and getting us all set up and ready to go with the equipment we required. The trucks were received in perfect condition and everything went down seamlessly. I highly recommend this UHaul office. Lisa operates the location with efficiency and aplomb. If you need a truck in Issaquah then then the Issaquah Highlands Self Storage UHaul should be your absolute go to. Thank you for making our move eazy peazy. Yes indeed!

Michael WA clearer description of the drop off area would've been nice. Instructions just said "in the lot" and there is no lot, street parking only. I had to call the location to confirm the drop off area. Thankfully it was during business hours, otherwise I probably would've left the truck in the wrong spot.

Robert LIt is not obvious that returns after hours are not accepted at this location. That information should be available when making a reservation, not after a vehicle has been booked.

John EThe website for the check in for the truck wouldn't load. I had to drive it off site in order to upload pictures. You should make this an option on your app or something or have a non digital way to check in.
