Rob Triscari was a bit short with us as we returned truck and auto transport in... and a day earlier. He indicated that he was surprised that the truck we had was used for a one way. He also stated that the equipment was in good shape,within mileage, clean and full tank. He said that we should receive our $100 deposit within 5 to 7 days. We have not received yet. There should be a jack or something available to help lift the trailer off of the vehicle. I'm not in bad shape, but I could not lift it myself. It took me 45 minutes messing with my jack before I was able to lift it off (hurt my back).

This person was "too busy" to enter me into the system when I returned my vehicle and ended up submitting me in the next day. I was charged for an extra day and for extra coverage and spent the day on the phone with customer service. This location "didn't know how to refund my money" and so for that fact, I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend.

I rented on-line, and called the place a week ahead to make sure they will have the truck I wanted. I was told just because I specified the location, it may not be necessarily the case. So, they were able to "redo" the application such that I would be able to actually pick up the truck from them. I called the morning of the pick-up day to verify the truck would be available, since nobody called the day before (as they should have according to the website). The truck was there. Everything was fine on the pick-up time. We went through the paperwork, and was told the gas tank was only 3/4 full. All we would have to do was fill it up to 3/4. We asked the clerk/attendant how many miles per gallon for the truck; he did not know. The clerk said there was a back-up camera. We found out later (when we backed up) there was none. It seems to us the people need to know more about the product they are providing... We did the inspection of truck for existing scratches/dents/etc. He stood outside the truck while he showed us (we were inside the truck) where everything was. When we turned the engine on, we noticed the gas was not 3/4 but shy of it. We told the clerk that and wanted him to make a note of that. He insisted the truck was checked out and recorded the gas as 3/4, and that it could not (on the computer) click less than 3/4. We said that was fine, but wanted to make a note on the contract. An argument ensued, and finally the clerk said he would make a note of that. We started the truck and started to drive out. The gas gauge now showed closer to the 5/8 mark. So we immediately turned around and showed this to the clerk/attendant. At first, he did not want to do anything and upon insistence, he did go look and agreed now the gas gauge showed closer to the 5/8 mark instead of the 3/4 mark. The reason we want to bring this up is because even though the clerk was nice at first, he later did not want to make the effort to, at least, make a notation on the contract/computer that the gas gauge showed less than 3/4 tank. This was all we wanted him to do. He kept insisting that the truck was already checked out the way it was, and that yes, the mark showed less than 3/4 but nothing he could do. He did not even want to get into the truck to take a look at the gas gauge but we insisted. We did not want to cause a big deal out of this but he did not try to accommodate our request, which was to make a notation on the contract. We even suggested to the clerk, we would fill the tank right then and there and the company could repay us then. That way when we returned the truck, we would fill it, and there would be no question on whether we returned it on a full tank or not. He said he could not do that. To eliminate this frustration, all gas tanks should be filled before given to the customer. This way there is no argument as to whether it is 3/4 full or 5/8 full. Unless of course, you are trying to have the customer enraged about this small thing. One last thing, we noticed on the receipt (which was sent to us by e-mail) an extra 10 miles was charged. We followed the exact route as entered into our GPS and it should we took 78.9 miles. We stopped half-way on the way for gas. Let's say this is another mile, driving in and out and around the gas station, the mileage would not be greater than 89 miles, which was our allotted mileage. Unfortunately, we did not write down the mileage when we arrived so we cannot dispute the extra 10 miles. One thing you should know, we drove one mile from the truck pick-up to the house, loaded the truck, and drove directly to the destination, stopped en route for gas, unloaded the truck, and drove the 1 mile to the drop-off site. All this should have taken 82, well shy of the 89 miles, and for sure not 99 miles.

Keep Matthew Hydock away from customers. The AFM is rude and has tendencies of being obnoxious. It would be helpful if he had some lessons in customer service and communication skills. He acts like a bully and looks to intimidate people.

Good location, but shop guy was very picky about scratches on a rental truck with 50,000 miles and lots of scratches already! Tells me sometimes uhaul people are too lazy to put the “X” stickers on! At my expense? Is that how these mom and pop shops make money? I like uhaul and it's convenience, but the service needs to be more even from shop to shop.

Owner was late to work. Delayed me 45mns. By the time I left uhaul I was a hour and 15mins late for a 6 hour excursion. Also 1 week prior at another location the attendant totally checked me in- here I had to use my phone to take liven e picture etc... no big deal but, I was already late. My reservation was to be guaranteed- well if the owner isn't there...the guaranteed - it was violated when no one showed up. Really not happy

The person told me if i wanted to assure pickup at his location i had to cancel my previous reservation and he would re-enter my reservation which seemed like a good idea until i noticed my rate went up about $150.00 by doing this. I asked him if he could adjust it down and he said no. So we lost $150.00 by going by his suggestion.

The truck was leaking brake fluid , ac quit , it shook and rattled, I rent Uhaul all the time and this truck was not to par and roads it assist was useless , I had to drive a dangerous undaunted truck 200 miles to get back home !
