nothing it was excellent
JOHN CIf you say you will have padding/blankets then have them. I had to go to an alternate location 290 Belmont st. Worcester, which delayed the move 1 hour. We found out too late they gave us 12 pads that were wet.We had to use them and they left marks on the furniture.

Donna BLocation was unaware of our reservation upon arrival. They also did not have all the equipment we ordered (moving blankets, dolly). In addition the truck battery had issues which added additional stress for an interstate move.

Kathryb MDid not set up truck so that I could pick up on 24/7. Caused me major delay in delivery. Waited for location to open and then girl didn't know how to log into U-Haul system. I finally had to make a new reservation online and then just get the key from girl. Getting very difficult to trust U-Haul for rentals
CJ GDon't randomly change the pick up time the day before. Be reacheable by phone. Actually have the vehicle you promised us rather than nothing.
JUN YVehicle bed was very dirty and driver’s window leaked when it rained
Andrew GThe vehicle was NOT cleaned. old food and empty container found in door pockets. Smelled bad - but did clear a bit when the AC was blasted. I had to sweep out tge back before I could use it as well as clorox wipes for all the interior surfaces. I ordered moving blankets online - but there were none, nor can you purchase any moving supplies here. Not a great experience.

MaRia EReturn app did not work. Had to wait 30 minutes on hold for a Uhaul person to answer my phone call and help me return the truck
Steve DWhen I entered the store to tell whoever was working that I had a U-Haul truck was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I will never ever ever go back there to pick up a U-Haul or drop off a U-Haul guy was a total asshole.
Robert JThe truck had a very strong smell of cigarettes and feces. Needs a better cleaning
Gustavo PThe person who was working was watching TV when I got there, he barely acknowledged my presence and just told me to leave the keys. Apparently whatever was on TV was more important than doing his job. He finally disengaged from the TV when I told him how bad the truck is.

Ayman mThat was not where we supposed to pickup the truck. We were sent there after the self service one was a disaster. We called customer service we spoke to Matthew he was training he was so helpful. But he had to call his supervisor for help he was the rudeness person that we ever had to deal with. He couldn't careless about us. Matthew sent us to one where we could deal with someone in person. I don't think we would do it again.
Charles DI requested and paid for furniture cloths but they were not provided. I did a late pickup/drop off so the location was not open for anyone to assist, and the following day no one answered the phone.
David HTire pressure was half of what it was supposed to be and I asked the employee to fill it and he just said no, oil change light was on. Employee was just terrible.
DAN BI rented the truck on March 21 around 6:50PM, returned the vehicle at the same day around 10:40PM, the total transaction was $63.94 for 15miles, but I ran 11miles. I received a call from a Uhaul member asking about the return date and time, I informed the agent, but eventhough, few days later I've got many different charges on my card in total over $233.95 for new rent that wasn't me. I can conclude, this place is not safe to give your card information even if you are just renting Uhaul truck. I called Uhaul and received a wrong amount refund. Really upset...
