The associate was not approachable, he was angry about something. Also it took almost an hour for him to clean a truck that didn't need to be cleaned, to hand the keys over to me. Which in turn put me over an hour behind schedule.

Called to tell him I'll be a little after 6pm in which I didn't received the car until 6:20pm the day before and I was told I had exactly 24hrs. I also personally recorded the truck at the uhaul to show all the dents and Scratch. After self return check in which I park same spot as I did before when I returned a uhaul. I received a call stating if I didn't park along other trucks in the gate. He was going to charge me an extraI $20 if it happens again! I said I was in the gate and made sure to block and have part their before!

The dealer was rude. I put 18.9 miles on the truck and he billed me for 20 miles. The office had a hint of weed smell. The establishment was a dump. Old has been auto repair center. The place is filled with junk. I was told the truck had to be back by 16:00. That is strange to me considering the truck rentals are for 24 hours. Where is my prorate for not being able to use it for 24 hours. I feel as if U-Haul is not concerned with customer service so much any more. If I did need the low loading deck height I would have used Ryder. Bad experience.

I needed a one way rental to Tampa. At the last minute Uhaul changed my pick up location and told me No One Way Trntals. Pain in the neck to have to bring the truck back to St Pete and have someone follow to drive me back to Tampa.

HE seem agitated and we returned the truck to the drop box overnight which was due the next day and he charged us a $20 fee for this seriously. He was very agitated the whole time we were there and we rent uhauls a few times a month never been charged for returning early. I will NEVER go back to this location the truck vibrated too much clearly needed some kind of work done on it.

When Dropping off equipment..Very unprofessional. When I greet him . No reply. When I ask him “everything ok I'm good to go “ he mumble “ah huh”. Hour later he called me 4 times to bitch to me he has to work harder to disconnect the dolly to move it . WTF!!!

Returning the truck , I was not comfortable going between two trucks to park. I guess I parked somewhere in the lot that I was not allowed. Got a phone call about it and told I could be charged after hours fee. I ordered dolly I never used so hopefully I can get refunded, also never received the furniture dolly AND I put more gas in the truck that when I picked up. Sorry a guy had to move a car and appreciate him not charging me… but please consider the other above statements. Uhaul is not what it used to be when it's not an actual uhaul place.

Man behind counter was late opening store so I missed some of my time, he seemed harried, and whenever I asked questions he answered with 2-3 words or said he didn't know and wasn't a UHaul store. I had never rented a UHaul before so I was quite nervous and not sure what to expect. No one from Customer Service called me until after my rental time had started.

Uhaul receipt retrieval is awful! Printed receipt shows zeros not the actual charge and to get it online is even more of headache. I doubt that I will use uhaul services again.

I ordered two hand trucks and dolly to be included with my truck rental and they were not in the truck. Also, no one was available on site to help, on a Friday morning? In addition, no one would answer my calls about the matter. Now I have to play phone tag with U-haul to get my money back for services not provided while I'm dealing with a move. This is added stress I definitely did not need!

Tried to return using uhaul.com and was unable to do it. Call customer service for more information because iceberg auto customs did not open until 11 am. When the employee arrived I ask him if he could help me since I have tried to return on line. His attitude towards me and the persons that were with me was completely unacceptable. Like he felt we were bothering him by asking the right way to return on line. Answers were rude and with an undertone. This is a customer who is trying to do the right thing when returning the uhaul trailer. Customer service was deplorable and will not rent or recommend this facility and location.

This is about your truck only. I'm 6'3” tall and your dashboard covers the speedometer. Between 20 mph and 80 mph I could not see the speed I was driving without sucking my head to check and thereby taking my eyes off the road. It was incredibly dangerous especially when I would end up in high traffic situations. I was not able to adjust the seat in any manner that could have helped.

Is there an app? It was hard for me to figure out. Was not super user friendly to check in and I could not check out. The guy helped me. Was my first time ever renting like this so maybe I did it wrong. I didn't get any texts or emails helping to link into the site to pick up. Was very complicated for me.

I reserved a Dolly, which was not there when I picked up (despite being confirmed). Parking wasn't clearly defined, sans some faded white lines out front. I received a call during my rental from the location asking me to move my car, that I wasn't in a parking space. Mind you, I would have to tear things down and pack up to drive back to the rental location to move my car, then back to finish the move. All this, at $0.99 per mile....no, thank you. I'm already having to do more work and made the move 3x harder than it had to be because I had to life/carry every box instead of using the hand cart that i had requested/reserved. In the end, where he felt that I should have parked was on one of the entrance/exit curb cuts for the street entry (there are two) - NOBODY in their right mind would think that the entrance from the street is a more logical and correct parking space than those with faded white lines. When returning, he took the keys and said he'd check it in later. I had to actually ask that he do so now and give me a receipt. POOR POOR operation - I live very close and would never use this location again.

My confirmation was not on time, door the business was locked, had to call the guy to come to the office then he argued with me about having a reservation, then his computers were down, after completing the order he forgot to give me the dolly, so we had to make a return trip back to the office to get the dolly. Very unprofessional and disorganized.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! He complained from the second I arrived until I was hooked up and left. When he was moving trailers around to get to mine he even had attitude in his actions. This was a horrible experience for me for a simple rental. We also saw a return come in and he walked out with a look of disgust as we had.

Awful - arrived at pock- up 1 hr late- because I couldnt get out of work. They rented the truck we had reserved. Young girl at the counter was rude never had iContact was basically oh well you were late too bad. I explained that I should've known at booking that if I didn't make it right on the dot of the time that I would possibly lose that rental. I would've definitely called in To alert that I was still renting it I just wasn't able to leave work. I tried to rent anything else she said nothing was available I had to beg her to please call another place I really needed the truck to move. So she told us to go to this other place I would make a reservation for us and when we got there the guy had no knowledge of it and he had one truck and it wasn't ready. This is the worst U-Haul experience I've ever had.

The customer service was definitely something to be desired at this location. I received the text message the day before to call and confirm so i did that. The employee said that our truck wouldn't be ready at our scheduled pickup time because he doesn't even open his shop till that time and would still need to clean it out. Now, this may not be his fault, the website should take into account of the business hours and prep time but how he handled it just rubbed me the wrong way. Would not recommend picking up from that location to anyone.

You can't adjust the mirrors without a screw driver. I am a 5'2” woman so it was difficult to have good vision with the mirrors. The truck and service were absolutely great though
