I got the truck in Carroll, IA and Todd who is the representative was phenomenal. I have the best service that I ever had from Uhaul plus it was a new truck he make sure that the equipment was hooked up and working properly so I give him 10 stars.

The U-Haul pick up location in Carroll is the best I’ve ever used. Todd is always friendly, very accommodating, efficient and gets the trailer I need when I need it. Hwy 30 Car Wash location is tops!
