Robin RenfroeI wanted to use the app to not have to talk to the person in the store However, when they asked for my references I gave them the information on the app then they kept saying it couldn’t be verified but they never called my references because we were all together and our phones never went off So I went inside and it still took forever and the price on the website was not the price I had to pay I paid almost $100 just to rent the truck for less than 2 hours I’m so over it today and I will never use U-Haul again

Rosevelt AgeeThis guy was fabulous. The stupid app was as helpful as Traffic was earlier, it failed. Couldn’t check the truck in. THANKFULLY the man was a doll and manually checked it in. He was the only thing that went right with the whole ordeal. U-Haul will not be in my future lol not like they care. But Budget or Penske can take my money. U-Haul has changed. They need more people like at this location, and less like A Kut Above and less like the Traffic Dept

Jaleesa ElstonThings were going great until location computer froze up, they called U-Haul tech support, they had same problem, called Edward or Ed, he had problem but found a way to get contract complete. Location implied that computer system has problems. They were very calm and professional. The trainee was listening to her supervisor and followed all instructions. After that all went well. I have been at other businesses who’s employees had no idea what to do. They overcame a difficult situation. They were polite and helpful.

Tranita GentryMake sure to update keys when repairs are made. The vehicle we were assigned had the drivers door repaired, but the key was not updated. Luckily Moe at this location was very friendly and helpful, and she was able to get us into another uhaul

Anthony FavaTruck was unstable on the road, shook and vibrated while driving it. Rental personnel not knowledgeable about your services or procedures and she refused to issue a credit even though she made the error which cost us an overcharge.

Turned my rental trailer in early and still waiting on the refund for the extra days that I paid for. I’ve emailed and still haven’t received anything back.
Cecilie McGuireThe location is a bit lackluster, but the employee who helped me was excellent. All I can suggest is maybe have someone present who can at least act as a spotter for people hooking up a box truck to a trailer.
Chase DeckerLocation was understuffed with only one person helping several people picking up/dropping off equipment, but the woman working there was friendly and did her best to accommodate everyone.
Dylan DeckerOverall piss poor. Was $98 due when I dropped off the truck with it spotless clean and then all the sudden it's $183. Ya you won't get that because nothing was wrong with the equipment and have video proof of it.

George NuseWe returned our truck after hours. It was dark. I would not have been ok to have taken it back alone. Or just me and another female. It seems to be in a bad location. It’s far off of the Main Street. It’s very dark with only 1 street light barely lighting part of the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe at all. I will say this. This might be a great place during the daytime but for a night return I wouldn’t do it.

Michael GowenI checked out the vehicle via mobile app, reserved a 10' truck, utility dolly, appliance dolly & furniture pads (Homeroom Furniture, Anniston, AL); my reservation was for 8a. The app charged me but none of the extras I reserved was in the truck so I had to wait another hr & 30min for them to open just for him to tell me he didn't have those things but he eventually found the appliance dolly. I asked him how do I get a refund & was told to call Uhaul. I called them but was told I needed to speak w/ personnel from the place I rented it. When I called back the lady said she couldn't do it because she wasn't there at the time & don't know what I did or didn't receive. I asked if they have utility dollies because if you don't have them, then you should know I didn't get one. So she said that would have to be done when I return the truck. The truck was returned on a non-business day, there was no way for me to secure the back of it (it wasn't secured when i got it) now she's saying the one dolly I did get wasn't in the truck. The whole ordeal was a huge headache. As I mentioned I check the truck back in on the app, Sunday morning but for some reason it didn't work (it showed where I was done on my side) but Tues I check the app looking for my refund for the dolly & pads only to see the reservation was still showing active. I want my money back but if I don't get it, I see it as a small price to pay to get Uhaul out of my life.
Christina CannonTheir computers either did not work correctly or they did not know how to work them They were unable to provide me a receipt for picking up the equipment said I could get it off of my email but that email never came. The auto transport trailer was covered in grease and oil extremely poor condition. Was worried that it may not make the trip. Just a very very poor experience with them.

Ivy EastI had to wait for an hour to rent my vehicle because their computer wouldn't connect. The time for pickup was changed from my requested time of 5pm. I had to take off early from work because it was a pickup for 330pm. THis is my second time renting and it was a cluster mess then too.
