The vehicle that we reserved (a 10' truck) was not on site and available. We had to choose to rent a smaller vehicle (a 9' cargo van) which made our move slightly more difficult. The staff member was professional and helpful but it would have been an improvement to have the truck we were "promised" available.Anita P.

Better signage when approaching eastbound. Canadian currency option when booking. Add credit card option at checkout in store (cash or debit is all that appears to the customer and they're different amounts).Sharon C.

All was good until I reviewed the transaction to final out my out mileage on the contract was 30 miles less than the actual mileage, so before even leaving the parking lot I had already put on 30 miles. WTFERWIN H.
People here are all nice. They assist us as quickly as they can even if she has a trainee they are all efficient. The new guy is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended I will assure u that I will recommend this place for being friendly and best serviceNico Jaedson B.
The service was good; but the truck was dirty inside, and all the glass was dirty (on truck). The location of the agent was good. Wasn't happy with try to get the app to work, in the end, when returning the truck. I couldn't get into site, to log out the truck; but I am thankful that I wasn't charged for it. I did finally get in; but had to do it from home, and couldn't answer any of the question (needing to be with the truck).Jason R.

Lady was very rude when I got the truck. I came in after filling out everything online and when I showed her the this she said very snarky if you registered online then what are you even here right now. The app had told me to speak the a U-Haul representative. Another issue we had was having to go to two U-Hauls on opposite sides of a Edmonton one for the trailer on 51 ave then this location.Dylan H.

Basically just a drop off location. Office closed, or not existent. I just dropped the keys in a lock box. But did get prompt return confirmation via email, so that was good.Hayden B.

My booked truck was moved to this location. I had troubles getting the key from the vault. I had to wait for the shop to open at 9am to get some help. the truck seem to have problems with the brakes, it seem to jerk while i press on brake pedal before it stops, the gas tank also has no lid and windshield was full bug of dead bugs. I got overcharged coz dispatch think i returned the truck at 11pm but i drop it before 5pm. I was told i will get refund but not sure when it will show up on my credit card.Sherwin C.

The interior of vehicle was dirty and smelled like smoke. The fellow that went through the walk through could not figure out how to open the package of wipes so that I could wipe down the steering wheel. I used some that I brought with me. I will use U-Haul again just not from this location.Anna P.
