I mistakenly put key in drop box before website drop off check out so I couldn't take photo of mileage nor fuel guage. I called location & left message but nobody ever called back as I requested. When I got emailed receipt I was charged for 3 gallons off gas $11 and change although tank was on 1/2 tank. I actually picked up with slightly less than 1/2 tank.James C.

I don't know if this was related to the location, but I was unable to do an after hours mobile check in because the app couldn't find my location. But there was a local number I could call and that person helped me get squared awayBRIAN K.

No one was in the office. It was a gated storage facility. I went to the office door and the facility was locked. Not sure the proper check-out of the equipment occurred since later that evening I received a message that the rental was canceled since I did not pick up the unit.Steven P.

There is no one to help you. The online proccess takes way too long, it is cumbersome and just bloody ridiculous. I will never use this location again, and will tell everyone how awful it is. I did not feel safe there, I did not feel it was safe to leave my car there either. I had to make alternative arrangements, which ended up costing me more, defying the whole reason for me to rent the truck in the first place.ADRIENNE L.

There was some confusion about where I was to drop off the truck. I had to make 4 phone calls to make sure that everyone was on the same page. But it all worked out. Overall, it was a good rental experience.Mike C.

Wow! My truck had to go to the dealership for a repair and it was Labor Day weekend! I needed a truck to transport the camping gear and get my boat into the water. Hines U-Haul in Plainfield,Indiana came through with a nice truck and at a price that well exceeded my needs. We returned the truck on Sunday. I was not sure what to do so I called the number posted. I spoke with Kyle and he was very helpful. On Monday I noticed I had been charged for gas. I had filled the tank on Sunday before drop-off. I called Kyle to see what had happened. I was duck to my stomach when he said it was only half full. Kyle was going to check with UHaul as to a refund. Kyle called within 10 minutes telling me a credit had been issued and emailed a new receipt. Great service!!!Julie B.
