No rental agent was at the location even though I made reservation on line. Had to arrange rental by phone with store owner which took over an hour. Had ordered pads but none were available. Final cost was $25 more than quoted on your website!

Tabitha PruittGas tank was left on 1/8 tank, and this location is a gas station. I know from personal experience that Uhaul has little operational control over the locations, but it would behoove Uhaul to set up a better system for not starting off on the wrong foot with an empty tank in the middle of the country in rural Alabama. The truck was also dirty, both in the cab and in the cargo area. I have many gripes with my experience with Uhaul, but those are not the primary fault of this rental location, so I won’t go into those here.

John MoseleyThe 10 ft was not at this location. I had to travel 35 minutes out of my way to another location. This location did not have the 10 ft either and I had to rent a 15ft. I had to pay the the 15ft price. Called customer service to get a refund for the price difference ($100). But was not compensated for the additional gas I had to use driving the 15ft. I still think there should have been an additional discount. The inside of the trailer was not clean and I had to sweep it out. After this experience, I will not use Uhaul again.

These locations need to have a knowledge of the equipment, space to store and load it, and be checked on by a uhaul rep from time to time. People want to rent from a location that can be trusted, not a gas station attendant in the middle of nowhere.
Jeffrey KarrLITERALLY the worst experience ever. I scheduled my strives to be ready for my move two weeks in advance. The day of the move, Uhaul called 10 mintues before pick up time to tell me there we no trucks available. The nearest location with trucks was 50 MINUTES AWAY and my movers had already showed up. So I had to pay my movers nearly an extra $400 dollars because they had to wait on me to get back with the truck and I was paying them hourly front the time they showed up… UHAUL owes me $400. I paid my moving company $750 when the only worked an hour and 45 minutes. Thanks to y’all… I WILL be contacting the Better Buisiness Bureau. I will not recommend y’all to anyone. And it gets WORSE. I scheduled movers through the UHAUL website. PAID THROUGH THE UAHUL WEBSITE, and the movers did not show up.. I’ve never had a worse experience than this.

I used the Uhaul return app after I was done the guy that’s was working came out yelling at me that I can’t leave the truck where I parked it, and I can’t leave the keys in the truck although I was following instructions on the return app he sat in the dark office leaving me to believe it was closed never came out to welcome or help me until I was about to leave he came out yelling instructions. He was very rude and did not represent Uhaul in a good light. I will never go back there for anything

wilson giffordI've been here twice now to drop off U-haul and equipment. It's not a fancy place, it's located in a rural setting but the owners are very nice and easy to deal with. Parking the truck here is easy due to having plenty of space to turn around in.

Maybe the drop-off location should check their U-Haul return box daily and not when they feel like it. My god, how can they not see my rental trailer, it was parked at the door!

dale wellsI am totally dissatisfied with my experience with U-Haul! My reservation was set for Friday, July 22nd at a location in Troy, Alabama. I reserved a 10' truck. I received a phone call from that location the night before confirming my reservation. The next day I got an email which said that my 26' truck was ready for pickup at a location 45 minutes out of the way. Not only was the truck I reserved given to another customer, but I had to go out of my way to get a different truck and a much bigger truck! I didn't need a 26' truck. I can go on and on about how dissatisfied I am, but your space is limited. The bottom line is that if I ever need to rent a truck again, U-Haul will be the absolute last place I go!! I feel that we should be compensated for our inconvenience!!
AVETTA EPPSThese people are very rude and could care less about their customers or your business. When there was a problem with the number of blankets to be returned the person behind the counter could care less how it was resolved as long as I paid. I asked if he would call the place where I picked them up because there had been only 5 in each bag and apparently there was supposed to be 6 and he refused. When I tried calling the original location nobody would answer the phone. I paid and left with a vow to never use either of these locations again or in fact this company.

ALAN WRIGHTI reserved a trailer days in advance for pick-up in Montgomery, AL. Confirmation email indicated trailer was "gauranteed". Got there, waited in line 30 minutes at a very understaffed location, only to be told trailer was not available. Had to drive over 50 miles round trip to to get another one. Poor customer service at Montgomery. I will always seek other options first before using u-haul again. Very inconvenient experience.

ROY EVERSThe pickup location representative took 45 minutes or longer to get me on my way with the truck. He did not know what he as doing and appeared to be lost with the registering system. It took 2 people to get registering done. I am very displeased with this location's performance and that goes along with their terrible customer service skills.
JESSICA BENJAMINThere was only one person at the store running the counter and he was unable to help me with the trailer, fix the lights and the amount of time required to complete the transaction was over an hour because of the internet connection. All the information that I had put into the reservation had to be reaccomplished.
MICHAEL STEPHENSthe dealer refused to help me attach the trailer to my truck. the trailer wheels were between two gravel humps and would not move easily and in trying to hook it up myself i scratched the back of my truck. also i was there for well over an hour waiting for him to process my order, which i had already reserved online, and he continued to serve his other gas station customers through the whole process while i waited.
CLARK WHEELEREnsure equipment is in safe, working condition. When picking up at this location, the windshield was so severely cracked that the heater blew glass shards.
