I think overall my experience was a fair experience. My issue was related to the Truck Share 24/7 feature. I think I expected it to be more seamless than it was. In the beginning I needed to submit photos of my license twice. I was unclear on the contact number process. It's like they want someone not with you to be the alternate contact which wasn't clear. I also didn't get the dollies and pads I requested on the truck. Maybe it was because the location wasn't open upon pick up. I wasn't clear on the reason why. I just hope that in the future the process for picking up and returning doesn't feel as clunky.

The review should be based on Uhaul. I had reserved a uhaul and I was not notified that that uhaul was not available until the day before my move. I had to get a later uhaul which forced me to move my movers back.

I received a truck that was not properly checked in and the mileage was wrong then when I returned the truck I was charged for the extra Mileage and it’s been over five days and I haven’t seen any refunds or received any communications about the corrections.

Personal and friendly service at the very end of a long day for me and the service personnel. They will be my preferred provider from this point forward.

It was great having a truck available so close to home. We were able to make two furniture pick ups travelling only 10 miles! The convenience was outstanding, the truck was clean and running well.

For return it was in an excellent location. Very close to may location. Only drawback, is has a small area.

Ensure employees understand the Self Service policies and procedures. I had completed everything up to step 7 and still ended up waiting 30 minutes to receive the keys to the vehicle. The employee refused to look at my phone and continue with the self service process. What's worse is that there is now three pending identical transactions from this store.

The truck is old and poorly maintained. Steering, wheel alignment, and wheel balancing keep me from attaining and maintaining good highway speeds. Gas gauge gives faulty readings. Overall a very poor impression of U-Haul trucks.

This was a very confusing process. It was done online and is not that simple. I asked to pick up at one place wasn't able to sent me to a place out of my way which caused the use of more miles. I won't be using uhaul again do to this.
