Anna FordMake sure the truck starts for the person renting. When we finally got the truck running 3 hours later it had 0 miles to empty. I called and spoke to customer service 12 times and 1 of those calls made me feel like she was trying to help. Roadside assistance is a joke 120 min before they could come help. I finally called my own tow truck to come help me. Thank you Harold from Perfect Choice Towing I am so happy you could help me. The truck starts and I have 0 miles to empty. I get back from moving and it tells me I went almost 100 miles and didn't put gas in the truck so it wants to charge me extra. I clicked to dispute the extra charges on Sunday and today Friday I still haven't heard from them. I don't know if I will ever rent another uhaul truck after this being such a bad experience.

Alexander HannanThere was no communication as to how to get truck that was sitting there waiting and then when I called foe help it took 30 minutes for Uhaul tuck share employee to answer phone. The online app kept saying I didn’t have a reservation. The employee did verify I did but that there was an extra step for iPhone users concerning location that was not on the instructions making it difficult to access. But thankfully the Uhaul share woman was extremely nice and helpful. She was surprised they were not open because she showed that someone should have been at this location until at least 12:00. The local Uhaul had not updated their hours. But once got the location thing worked out it went smooth from there. But lost an hour which cost me extra because I had hired 2 people to help me and had to pay for hour whether they worked or not. The Uhaul share woman was awesome and saved the day. Thank you!!!

David TuckerThe cup holders weren't clean. The floors were OK but crumbs around floor mats. This was a local haul so no big thing but if I had taken it on a long haul I wouldn't have been to pleased. Especially with the cup holders.

Robert SchlinkThe 12 furniture blankets I had rented were not in the truck. It took a conversation with U-Haul of 1 hour and 27 minutes to remedy the situation. And, it required going to another location the day after my pick-up to obtain them. The owners of the location where I picked up the truck should have been the responsible party that needed to return to the location and provide the blankets or deliver them to me.

But the lady working the desk told me the truck was not available for 24 hrs but when I turned the truck back in there was another uhaul truck there. SO I asked if we could keep it the rest of the 24 hrs and she said no because she had another resv for it. So I said okay and went ahead and turned it in. Well when I rode by later in the evening the same two uhauls were still sitting there. So apparantly they were not rented out to anyone else like was told to me. It would have made it so much easier with my move if she would have let me keep the truck a few hours longer within the 24 hr period.
KRISTY WALLACEI own a open car trailer, the only reason I rented a uhaul was because of rain and I had to move all my sentimental keepsakes. I wanted to keep them safe, but that didn't happen. It started raining after I loaded everything up, it was still raining when we went to unload. Then I find alot of my stuff was wet. There was a leak in the box. The passenger side corner of the roof was heavily leaking. So what was only supposed to cost me 19.95 plus milage ended up in a total of 70 something cash and alot of expensive pieces that can't be replaced.
DAQUARI BISHOPBent time make sure the truck runs we sat on the side of the road broke down because no one had done any maintenance to the truck we had the trucked towed after waiting for 10hrs now my stuff is still in that truck, and I better not have to pay for another one to get my stuff back so someone better fix this problem very fast the truck is at the drop off location.
