sanndy tYour link is horrible, to access the verify the condition of the equipment. It failed in so many levels. Would not even allow me to send a picture. SO basically took my own pictures with time stamps, and vid.
FERNANDO RYour vehicle had an exhaust leak was extremely loud. Was sucking gas like crazy. I had to put gas in three times while I had the vehicle which was ridiculous. The attic part leaked all over my stuff. There was drips and leaks coming around the cab. I can see somebody attempted to caulk it just horrible. I really wish I could get a refund

Kim CIt was a great experience. Bought an impromptu couch that needed to be picked up...they gave me the vehicle they had...worked at the ice to make sure the back door would open, brushed off the snow. Process was quick, employee was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with! Returned same day and check in was quick and easy and again the employee was great coming out to meet us in the snow storm to check us back in.

Antonio PMobile pick up took a long time. Picked up the vehicle on empty. Took photo and uploaded in the app showing vehicle didn’t move and had zero gas. Used for F test and gas light came on 10 minutes into test. Wiper is literally taped on and the drivers side mirror has two huge cracks. Drove less than 30 miles and put $12 gas in. Brought gas gauge exactly where it was when I got it and still I’m being charged for fuel. Spoke to the man I was returning it to and he argues with me that there was more gas in it when I sent the photo showing it. When I commented that the truck is not acceptable with the taped on wiper and busted mirror his response was “these trucks are not meant for tests” to which I replied “Is uhaul not supposed to provide safe and proper working order vehicle following safety regulations?” He had no response at first and then said their “uhaul” guy said the mirror was fine”. Extremely irritated with the junk and poor service and the fact that the truck was put out with ZERO gas!

Kate DUh they actually lied on my kilometers back. I remembered because I was prepared to tell them that In the store. My Kilometers was 5718, NOT 5750. This place has been giving me a hard time and now they're literally stealing. Not only am I not going to go here anymore I am also leaving a review and telling my grandfather and immediate family about this. which my grandfather shops here all the time.

Dan DThe 6x12 trailer needs a jack. It is much to heavy to hook and unhook, especially in a roadside emergency. I brought my own jack to hook and unhook.
john mCould not pick up the vehicle, despite the vehicle being parked in the lot, until 12:30! This cost me ten hours overtime for my two employees.

KAREY CHeavy duty 6x12 open trailer. Pulls great 👍 and got our new polaris 6 passenger side by side safely and easily moved from home to the cottage. Easy pickup and delivery. Cheaper than we expected. Overall great experience. Thanks Uhaul. 😊
Terry PFriendly staff, great service helped me in my time of needed. Only issues was when I drop off the truck a unfriendly person on a bike said he would drop the key off for me in the drop box, I told him no but notice the lock box didn’t have a lock on so that scared me but I waited till he was gone

Jason RTrailer had a paint or chemical smell in it. Had to leave doors open for awhile for smell to dis-apate. I will rent there again. Always have great service there.
Norman LThe older gentleman who assisted us at the counter was incredibly rude to not only myself but his fellow coworker. No excuse for that kind of behaviour. Should not be working in customer service. The equipment that we had ordered was not ready at the time of pickup and they forgot to include the moving blankets, which were paid for. The cargo had not been swept out and there were pieces of plastic and material from the previous rental in the floor. Was not impressed.

Jacob SLocation was fine. The provided vehicle was not. I ordered a 20ft truck and they gave us a van that was less than half that size. It ended up costing far more money and taking far more time.
